Unless you are an expert in the details of the single pagoda, the ultimate Asian beauty in Bagan must be the moment of watching the sunrise at the ”Namint Viewing Platform”, but this place is too ”remote”. It is almost integrated with the Ao Lun Palace Hotel, hidden deep in the heart of the Bagan Pagoda, far away from the ancient city of Bagan and the railway station and bus station. It takes courage to drive a motorcycle on a deserted road to the viewing platform at 4 am, but as long as you stay in Ao Lun Palace, you can walk to the pagoda in 5 minutes at sunrise and sunset.
The planning of the Ao Lun Palace Hotel and the villa buildings on the 1st and 2nd floors can be called a masterpiece of garden art. The open breakfast space can directly overlook the swimming pool, lotus pond and pagoda on the shore. It is really an invincible experience. The room layout is completely decorated in the traditional style of the Bagan Kingdom. The front desk reception is warm and thoughtful. I guess the motorcycle I rented is roughly the employee's own. This trip was when the war in Mandalay broke out again, and there were not many tourists, which was an unforgettable experience.

The hotel was used for a long business trip. The hotel has a sky bar where you can enjoy a beer while watching the sunset. There are many Chinese short-term tourists on the weekends, so the breakfast is distracting and complicated, but the friendly staff took care of me to eat without any inconvenience. The location is a little far from the city but not bad. I stayed there for the length of my business trip, staying longer than planned. Recommended hotel.

I didn't expect the Samsung hotel rooms to be equipped with bathtubs, and the pool and gym environment was also very good. The room is very spacious and the service is very detailed. The hotel is said to have opened last year. The facilities are newer than other hotels in Mandalay. It feels that it has reached the 4-star standard and will choose next time.

This hotel was wonderful. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were nicely appointed. The roof top restaurant was great. There was a happy hour and a free puppet show during dinner.It was also in walking distance to great restaurants.

Breakfast is also very medium, I suggest you go early, usually after 8 o'clock, breakfast is basically nothing. There will be Chinese staff at the front desk, so you don't have to be afraid of not speaking Chinese. It is ok to clean the tip or help with the baggage of 1000 Myanmar dollars. I want to eat special Burmese or Chinese dishes. There are many electric tricycles at the door. You can provide the detailed address to the tricycle driver. The price is as close as 1000 Myanmar dollars, and the farther 2500 Myanmar coins are almost the same. It is just a few streets away. It is best to ask the driver how much before getting on the bus. If you want to eat fruit, you can ask the tricycle driver to buy fruit, and you will bring four fruit wholesale stores (similar). The first one is close to the street. Don’t buy it because the boss will speak Chinese, and the fruit will be sold. It won't be Chinese, but fruit can be bargained and much cheaper than the first one. Little durian is my favorite. I want to pack the durian back to the hotel. Remember to put the durian meat in the box and wrap it in plastic wrap to enter the hotel. Remember to bring the whole durian into the hotel.
