The staff was very friendly and helpful. I didnt speak much Chinese but they had some front desk workers who spoke English and also used translation apps. The breakfast was really tasty. The location was great. The quality of the room and the cleanliness was perfect. I could not have asked for anything better. I liked the bathroom products so much that I bought them from the hotel lobby when I was checking out. I would definitely reccomend this hotel to anyone staying in Bao'an, Shenzhen.

super friendly staff: room service personnel, waitresses, front desk, even security, all are polite and put up a good smile even under stressful overbooking situation great room: clean, neat, new and, well designed, the complementary tea is refreshing, the shampoo and shower gel are refreshing, the only downside is the mosquitoes, which could be a problem in summer (repellent aroma device is provided but I didn't use it) nice breakfast: the restaurant is small and can be overwhelmed during busy seasons but the polite staff and good food make up for it

Magnificent hotel, the rooms are new, quiet and clean! The stuff is nice, the breakfast is also quite good! In terms of price and quality it is the best hotel I ever visited in Shenzhen so far. Would 100% recommend to others!

Clean and good services. Got several mosquitos from the lobby, lift to the dining area and please clean the place seriously.

The site is full of mosquitoes, though mosquito screens were installed, some may still be found in the building. Convenient location with metro and restaurants nearby. Breakfast buffet food runs out quickly. Food not refill up to speed of customer consumption (saw quite a number of tables getting much more than they can finish and many tables full of full left untouched.) Food quality is so-so. Can’t borrow a plug converter.

The subway station is 7 minutes away. It's not very close. The room is very bright. You need to enter the exact location to take a taxi. Some drivers can't find the parking lot.
