Choosing this hotel for our family trip with parents and children was such a brilliant decision! First off, parking was incredibly convenient. The underground garage offered direct elevator access, and they even provided complimentary child safety seats. During check-in, the front desk staff noticed my elderly parents were moving a bit slowly, so they proactively assigned us a lower-floor room. They even had the air conditioning pre-adjusted to a comfortable temperature. The room itself was incredibly spacious, featuring a lovely small sofa by the window where my parents could relax and enjoy some tea. Cleanliness was exceptional; the bedding was spotless and completely wrinkle-free, and the bathroom mirror was perfectly clean, without a single water stain. I booked this for a friend, and it included two breakfasts. I actually joined them for breakfast, and it was incredibly varied and plentiful! They offered everything from Cantonese steamed dim sum and Western pastries to noodle soups, all-you-can-eat. It can get quite busy during breakfast, so I'd recommend going down a bit earlier to avoid the rush. If I have friends visiting again, I'll definitely book them here. Excellent!

The room was spacious, and the facilities, while not cutting-edge (given the hotel opened in 2017), were well-maintained and looked quite new. Many amenities do feel a bit dated compared to brand-new hotels, but the overall value for money is excellent. In addition to the daily buffet breakfast, they also offer complimentary supper. For a business traveler, especially if you don't eat much, you won't even need to leave the hotel – everything is covered in one price, which I really appreciated! Moreover, the hotel service is excellent; they pretty much accommodate all your requests. The room was always kept very clean, and the mini-bar's food and drinks were always promptly replenished. Absolutely awful stay!!! Would not recommend!
Having stayed at numerous Hilton properties, this one was shockingly subpar.
The first room had a foul smell. After negotiating, they changed our room, and I'm giving service 2 stars solely because they at least accommodated that.
Facilities: The facilities are extremely outdated. The room had peeling paint on the walls, and both the vanity mirror and the overhead showerhead were missing. The air conditioning wasn't cool enough. Maintenance was exceptionally poor. The elevator entrance to the underground parking (B1 level) was dirty, messy, and even had an uneven floor. I can't fathom why it's in such disrepair with no maintenance whatsoever.
Cleanliness: The trash cans at the elevator entrance were incredibly filthy. What's worse, the bottled water in the fridge had clearly been opened and partially consumed; they didn't even bother to replace it. Absolutely disgusting!
Service: Beyond the initial room change, the service was generally lacking. In Shenzhen's scorching heat, they refused to provide additional bottled water, claiming only two bottles were complimentary and extras would incur a charge. This was never mentioned when I called earlier, contradicting what I was led to believe. The hotel's location is a bit out of the way, and it's a relatively small Hampton by Hilton with a quite cramped breakfast area. However, overall cleanliness was acceptable. The biggest shortcomings were the service quality and the air conditioning facilities. Firstly, the check-in process was incredibly slow. I'm unsure if the procedures are overly complicated or if the staff training is insufficient, but it was far worse than checking in at other Hilton properties. Secondly, the room's cooling system was terrible. I arrived after 10 PM to find the room at 30 degrees Celsius; it took half an hour to cool down. Given this, after showering and before heading out, I specifically called the front desk to ensure the AC would stay on while I was gone and not be turned off. Sure enough, half an hour later, I returned to find the AC off again, the room stifling hot, forcing me to wait for it to cool down all over again. I called the front desk, and they offered to switch me to a different room. However, the key card delivered by a robot failed to open the new room. It was past 11 PM, and I was left standing outside the room with all my luggage. When a male front desk staff member finally arrived and I asked him about it, he claimed to know nothing. Aside from the cramped space, the breakfast taste was comparable to other Hampton by Hilton hotels, so that wasn't a major concern. But the service level remained consistently frustrating. At check-out, they made another error with the bill amount. What more can I say?

The room's layout was very well-designed, featuring a movable desk paired with an ergonomic chair, which made working long hours incredibly comfortable. The internet connection was also excellent. The bedding was absolutely exceptional – the mattress had just the right balance of softness and firmness, guaranteeing a fantastic night's sleep. We stayed at the hotel for two nights. We got a good deal via trip.com. The hotel had all the amenities that we needed. The breakfast had lots of options like western as well as Chinese food. The staff was quite friendly and the hotel rooms and overall the hotel was spotlessly clean. However it was quite far from Shenzhen centre that we weren’t aware but because we were only for two days so we did not have any problems.

It was an excellent warm welcome by the staffs and so supportive.. when we almost have no clue to our way back hotel they helped us by booking taxi to reach safely the neighborhood also very friendly and easy to go around the city. no amenities nearby such as restaurants. Fortunately has a good cafe which serves good quality local food and servers are friendly, attentive, and helpful. Self laundry service is available. Hotel though states VISA and Master cards can be use in their advertisement, but on arrival, can use only AliPay or cash. International Travel card payment cannot be used.
UK electrical socket is avaliable in room is a plus point though only 1 unit.
