had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff (Hugo) were incredibly friendly.The room was clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere made me feel good. I’d definitely come back!

High quality and very thoughtful service. Hotel staff offered free takeaway breakfast for us knowing that we had early flights next morning. Very recommend it for travellers!

Nice environment and the room was clean and comfortable. The location very near airport, beside the hotel is a mall got a lot of restaurants there. But it quite far to longhua and futian area. Hotel breakfast is complete, served with chinese and western choices. Hotel provided one time transfer to airport.

Location quite far from the city and airport , need take some time to reach both places , and nothing much surrounding hotel just some local food but hotel was clean enough

Double Tree Hilton good as always, room are clean and staff are very helpful. Airport VIP security pass are excellent provided by Hotel.

Stayed here in December. Nice and clean rooms with decent views and reasonable price. The staff we encountered weee great and friendly. The hotel's surroundings were pleasant, with a nearby shopping mall that included a supermarket, several social restaurants, and a cinema.. The overall experience were excellent. And the welcoming cookies were the best cookies!

Hygiene level is incompatible to its hotel brand. Customer service is ok.

My rental car broken down at hotel, the staff helped me arrange everything. Thx for the manager at site . The room was real clean and tidy. Food selection was plenty at breakfast.

Great service by Lia, Alex and Darren at our late check-in, managing to arrange a meal for us despite the late hour. Rooms were clean and spacious.

sink was broken on arrival but was fixed promptly, could only sleep at 5+AM as it took awhile to fix. one time use slippers wasn’t changed 1 was new and 1 was used. hotel could have checked the room properly before checking us in as we check in late at 3am at night. they had enough time to do that. otherwise hotel was good, aircon was cold, room was quiet and clean, good ambiance if you’re looking to rest after landing/before your flight. hotel provides one time transfer for free, just need to call the front desk after taking ur baggage and they will arrange for didi to pick you up.
