We get best service from the staff, including Ms. Ella Lu in front office, the room attendant for my room, and the concierge incharge of afternoon shift. There are welcome drinks, snack and fruits in my room, and full set of amenities. That's good value for money.

Great food and pool

Good value for money. Sure bit dated but its well maintained. Service was excellent and the pool was great. The breakfast buffet had a good variety and the seafood buffet lunch was amazing for CNY160 incl wine and beer. Kids under 1.2m eat for free.

Location is great close to Futian railway station. Breakfast was wonderful so next time once coming to Shenzhen again, love to visit again! Great experience!

We are family 4, rooms are spacious and buffet dinner and breakfast was on point.

A little run down but it is worth for the good price. Quite far to walk from the border and from the metro station. Very beautiful spa complex just next door.

The location is extremely close to the futin port. And staffs are helpful, the room is pretty big and decent.

Decent Stay with Some Inconveniences – Great Service but Location Challenges The hotel itself met our basic expectations in terms of comfort and functionality. However, its location was less convenient than anticipated—it’s quite far from Futian Port (the crossing point to Hong Kong), making accessibility an issue. Guests with luggage should consider booking a ride (e.g., Didi) for easier transit. Unless there’s a specific reason to stay here, travellers may prefer a more central location. Given that the hotel has been operating for over 20 years, the facilities are reasonably well-maintained and functional—nothing outstanding, but acceptable for a short stay. The buffet breakfast offered a limited variety, which could be improved for better guest satisfaction. Moving between Tower West and other sections required switching lifts, which was somewhat inconvenient. On a positive note, the service was truly commendable, from the smooth check-in process to the helpful bellboy and efficient luggage storage assistance. The staff’s attentiveness and professionalism stood out as the highlight of our stay. While the hotel has its drawbacks (mainly location and minor facility quirks), the excellent service helps balance the experience.
