The hotel is ok, the location is bear to the lake and shopping area, but it’s not properly maintained and not what I would recognize as a 4 star hotel. the worst thing is that the windows are all very scratched and milky, therefore ruining the views.

Excellent location, you are 5 minutes away from malls and all the nice restaurants. Our room had nice lake view. Our room is equipped with lots of amenities and is spacious. The furnitures of the room are a bit wearied down but overall okay. Overall we had a very enjoyable stay.

We have booked two rooms. We have arrived early and the rooms are not ready. The counter allowed us to use one room first. The rooms are big and clean, we upgraded to the top floor and can walk to the balcony for a good view of the city. Will visit again.

Centrally located, 5min walk to the metro. Near to the west lake and shopping areas. many small eateries nearby. Hotel staff friendly and helpful, upgraded our 3 rooms, had a great view of the lake from my room. Rooms are well maintained and look to be recently refurbished. Room had both separate shower and bath. Highly recommend this hotel.

Amazing hotel and good location, near west lake and metro line

Stayed here many times at this point, & pleased to say I like it just as much now as I did every other time. My absolute go-to hotel for Hangzhou. Decent price, decent rooms, very close to the West Lake, near the metro, & incredible views from the rooftop. What's not to like?

Rooms were spotless, cosy, and quiet, with super-comfy beds and stunning west lake views. A special shout out to the front counter 小盛 proactive assistance at checkout, ensuring everything was perfect before departure. Perfect mix of luxury and heartfelt service. Extended my stay from yesterday.

Clean, good facilities, easy to get everywhere

We had the best hotel stay of our lives. Every employee treated us with top-notch professionalism and politeness. Truly, this hotel provides excellent service in an exceptional location - in the heart of the city, within walking distance to West Lake (Hangzhou's premier geographic attraction) and In77 (the largest shopping mall, with stores for every demographic! Our stay was punctuated with utmost care, from bathrobes and slippers to a pristine building (floors gleaming and vents regularly cleaned) to a breakfast buffet with the most diverse spread of cuisine and nutrition imaginable, all at the top quality and scrumptious taste. This hotel is a key reason for our love for Hangzhou, and we will most certainly be returning here. We are especially grateful to Mr. Zhang, who provided us with professional and skillful assistance.

The staff provides excellent service. Able to advise on nearby attractions. Walking distance to mrt station and West Lake. We have been upgraded to higher floor rooms. The rooms are clean and upgraded with modernised facilities. The breakfast buffet is also good.

Absolutely good! The room is more beautiful than the image, everything from customer service, breakfast and location are awesome. Will comeback if go to Hangzhou again.

This is a fabulous hotel. One of the best we've ever stayed in. A 5 star hotel in every way. The rooms are beautiful and spacious. The location is perfect for exploring Hangzhou. The breakfast is the best in China and the service is outstanding. The price is an exceptional value. Highly recommended.

Staff were helpful to help us check in close to mid night due to flight delay. They even upgrade us to a bigger family suite. The room was very clean and the air con temperature was comfortable. Breakfast selection was good with Chinese and western food. We visited their viewing terrace at level 18 and got a fantastic view of the city and West Lake. Would stay there if we visit Hangzhou again.

It is about 10 min walk from mrt and is within walking distance to the west lake (about 20 min walk). Clean hotel that is well maintained. Near to the major shopping area and have lots of options for food.
