The room is just so-so and without window, not value for money compare to other branches. Also, the building is under renovation and looks old. Worse enough, the DiDi driver drove me the another wrong branches which was closed already so I have to take another one to come quite confusing

The service staff are polite and very accommodating to our request for late check out and helped us to freeze our foods. The room is clean and well stocked. Location is great. It is connected to Raffles City and MRT station.
