This is not a 4 star hotel. I've stayed at 2 star hotels that look better. Bed is stiff and pillows are flat

Nothing special but it's fine if you need a quick layover. Transportation was not available unlike what was advertised.

Arrived around 11 pm from Renmin station using a Didi, there is a parking lot for the driver to let you off. The staff didn't speak English but she was accommodating and used a translator to ask me about the hotel transfer. There is one an hour and it is a small mini van, it was quick and seamless would stay again.

The room is dirty and lack of airport shuttle services, it only comes every hour for the shuttle bus.

The receptionist was lively, and the room was simple. By simple, I mean that it has everything I need for an overnight stay. Simple and clean.

The customer service at the reception and with the airport transfer was exceptional. The rooms were clean and comfy. Kudos to the employees 👏 and the management.

After a six-hour drive to Guangzhou, I stayed at this hotel. The whole experience was unimaginably bad. First, I went to the front desk to check in around 6-7 pm on May 2nd. The woman at the front desk had an indifferent face. I just said, if you don’t want to do it, just don’t do it, okay? My family of four, old and young, booked a twin room. She directly said that it might not be possible for four people to stay in a twin room. May I ask where your hotel marked this rule on this software? Second, I have written a special request for a twin room on a high floor and not a corner room. She directly said that the high floor has been arranged, and you can only stay on the first floor. What do I want to ask? Who agreed to my special request on Ctrip? Later, I confronted her directly and arranged a three-bed room for me, or a corner room in the first room. Is this the service experience provided by your hotel? Third, the problem of parking at the hotel. After checking in on the afternoon of May 2nd, I was about to go out. I asked the woman at the front desk what to do with the parking fee. She directly glanced at me and said that I had to scan the code. She didn’t tell me where to scan the code. I had to pay for the parking fee myself. What do I want to ask? Is this the free parking service? Or is it false advertising and infringing my rights? I give you half a star. In the future, any friends or colleagues who book your hotel will also receive special treatment.

The room is quite old. It was relatively clean last year. There are no soft pillows in the room. It is very tiring to sleep. The table and stools beside it can be replaced. They are so old.
