Bad service by receptionist. I arrived at hotel around 12pm and he said no details booking in their system. He even questioned me if the booking just made today. I said it made 2 months ago and I show him the details. Then he questioned me the price i paid in RM and how much in Saudi if converted. Rather than he asked me the convertion rate better he check direct right?

The hotel is suitable for me in terms of cleanliness, location and price. I thank those in charge of it, and the reception staff are very nice, but they need training in how to dress and deal professionally with customers.
