From start to finish the staff were incredibly helpful and polite, even making silly jokes about the vegies in the room😁,incredibly attentive to all our needs ,the rooms were themed Africa style the views of wildlife from our room was so exciting,a buggy picked you up if pool or other activities too far to walk(no waiting)..food was amazing and a fair price too, included in your room cost is passes to the safari zoo which made it cheaper to stay, overall I can’t think of a negative, take the kids or not either w we at it’s worth staying,I suggest two nights just to enjoy everything that’s available

Buffet breakfast was good. But a big lizard was found in the room. Called reception to catch it. Woke up with lots of bites on the leg.

Staying here is so much more affordable compared to other options, and you get unlimited access to the safari. We even had the unique experience of enjoying breakfast with the giraffes—although it's a bit pricey, it's definitely a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity!

To be honest I can’t find the right words. The stay was awesome. This would be the best cost effective Safari experience. One on my most memorable holiday. Living in a semi jungle environment and you view from the room is breathtaking. I will surely be an ambassador for Mara River Safari Lodge and promote to my friends and family.

The hotel is provide an amazing and unforgettable safari experience that you are living in a safari and the swimming pool is next to Zebra and Rino Den. But the hotel room is a bit old, TV doesn’t work properly and hair dryer is too old. Overall, this is a nice hotel for the family to have an enjoyable holiday.

Definitely!!!! Book a Twiga room on the second floor!! It's a bit more expensive, but...
I stayed in room 210, but rooms 215-220 are said to be better located.
There weren't many animals the first day, but the next morning, a zebra came for a meal. A little later, a giraffe came, though not right away. A rhinoceros also came, but we couldn't feed it because there were no carrots.
Anyway, if you have children, definitely book a Twiga room. I heard the first floor doesn't offer a wide view. The second-floor balcony offers a great view of the animals and makes it easy to throw carrots.
It's quite expensive, but you can check your luggage early and enjoy the various shows. There are tiger and elephant shows, safari rides, and a water park!
Get there early and enjoy yourself!
And the restaurants where you can have breakfast, lunch, or dinner offer up-close views of the lions.

Second time staying here, the environment is still suitable for children, special animal friends will appear at breakfast time to take pictures with children, but 2 years ago, 2 adults and 2 children stayed here, and only paid for breakfast for one child. This time, it was mandatory to charge more than 300 SGD for no extra bed and 400 SGD for an extra bed, which is really exaggerated. This is the last time I came.

An interesting place. But it's annoying that you have to pay for everything everywhere, the child of course wants to feed the animals and take photos and ride.

Toilet tissue was half at check-in
But did not put a roll as a backup
Tissue boxes were not enough at check-in and we had used them that night
To get it with employees
Breakfast at Lion Restaurant is generally mostly Indian stuff/dessert
And the plate covers are all very heavy machine essentially not everyone can get, so
Children cannot get wild food by themselves
The garden photographers are very average and want to get the job done quickly to get to the next one
Photos of photos Take single photos I wanted to buy but there was a person standing behind did not know how to sit, stirred to buy a photo, then went to take pictures of giraffes and elephants
, on only the back, please how customers will buy?
Overall service attitude is average

We stayed for 1 night as a family with a child, there was an early check-in at 10 o'clock and we were immediately given access to all the objects of the safari park and the hotel, we checked in a little earlier at 13.30
The hotel has a large beautiful area, in the room there are some carrots for feeding the animals, we bought a whole bag in the store in advance and fed the animals from the balcony and in the petting zoo area
The room is all in safari style, we were on the 2nd floor, the very first from the lobby, under the windows there are zebras, a giraffe, a rhinoceros and others.
The room had a very strong smell of dampness or mold, it was very unpleasant, dust and dirt under the bed
The safari park includes an interesting safari on a bus, several animal shows, a water park, there is also a wonderful pool on the territory and animals are walking nearby
All the prices in the park are too high, they charge an extra fee for just everything that is possible
We took food in the restaurant dinner from the menu, we liked it, breakfast with lions, the food itself did not like at all
There was a fire show in the evening
Overall, wonderful impressions, especially the child was delighted
But it feels like everyone is on the flow and does not bother at all, realizing that they will still be in demand

I loved the idea of spending the night with the animals. It was very luxurious for a family of four, and the staff was always friendly.
