The best hotel i've ever stayed. Provide free shuttle service to and from train station. We even got an upgraded room for better view! The activities nearby are also very fun. We ride horse along the Napahai Lake and take photos to many breathtaking views. LOVEEEEEE!! Host are very beautiful, helpful and friendly.

Wow…” — that was the first word that came out of my mouth. We were warmly welcomed by a lovely staff member who greeted us with a scarf. The exterior and interior beautifully showcase ******* minority culture — traditional charm blended perfectly with modern design.
The room was spacious, comfortable, clean, and tidy. The bathroom, toilet, and sink were separated, making it very convenient and comfortable. The owner was warm and fluent in English, which made communication easy.
In-house guests were given the opportunity to wear traditional ******* attire for free. For Muslim guests, a vegetarian breakfast was provided, including porridge, mantou and vegetables. Friendly Notes : I hope the hotel owner will provide bidets for their guests.

An amazingly warm small hotel, run with high efficiency. The MinShu is well-equipped with all necessary amenities. They provide a hot and generous breakfast. Lunch or dinner is available on request with a small fee. Didi pick-ups/drop-offs easily available into town and beyond. Cimu and her husband are super friendly and hardworking. From picking up at the airport near midnight, to a crack-of-dawn drop-off to the airport. Feel most grateful for their kindness and welcome. Highly recommend. The stay is as good as one imagines from the 再會長江 "Farewell Yangtze" video on YouTube. Will surely plan to visit again, with friends.

Stayed at this hotel it was such an amazing experience! The staff personally picked us up at train station. They carried our bags all the way up to level 2 😭 so thoughtful! They also surprised us with a gift 🎁 and let us try on traditional outfits for free 👘. The next day when we wanted to go to a café, they even helped us book a DiDi ride. Honestly the staff were super kind and went above and beyond ❤️ Highly recommend this place!

第二次來茨姆美苑，依然的好客、熱情、樂於幫助我們。這次孩子高反嚴重，茨姆妹妹非常關照。茨姆也幫我們安排了騎馬、采菌子。早午晚餐依舊好吃！希望茨姆美苑繼續越辦越好～

Though the location is a bit off from the big city of Shangri-la, but it provides a unique escape from the busy city and a very scenic and escapade stay. The owner and the staffs were all very friendly and even provided us a shuttle to the airport on the next day! (And even parting gifts for our departure) The dinner was also outstanding thanks to their excellent culinary skills for local cuisine and they even lend us their traditional clothes at no extra cost!! Definitely will stay again for our next visit !

見到茨姆時不禁濕了眼眶！茨姆的民宿和她本人一樣好啊！由於航班延誤，到達香格里拉時已經晚上十一點過了，而茨姆民宿還是堅持開車來接，接到民宿時已經凌晨了，茨姆的親妹妹出來開門並獻哈達，感受到了賓至如歸！房間很大，床品舒適，一次性拖鞋是萬豪酒店用的那種質量很好拖鞋。開着製氧機，一晚上並沒有頭疼高反。由於到得太晚，找妹妹要了方便麪吃，結果退房時妹妹堅持不收錢。 第二天醒來，可以直接從窗户看到外面的納帕海油菜花田以及上百頭牛羣從窗户下經過呢。 早上起來見到了茨姆，本人比紀錄片裏更瘦更幹練，親自給客人們做早餐，早餐熬的稀飯和米線都是家常可口的。 早上出門溜達溜達就是納帕海了，中午回到民宿又見到了茨姆，還和她一起合影了，祝她幸福！沒想到他們又包送送到獨克宗古鎮，而且還送了伴手禮。性價比簡直是天花板了！

茨姆家真的很好！房間的配置可以堪比星級酒店，乾淨舒適又衞生。她們一家超級熱情，入住時獻了哈達，期間有求必應，臨走的時候還送了伴手禮。飯菜好吃實惠，青稞餅、酥油茶、氂牛酸奶都很香，特別推薦氂牛火鍋，贊！民宿離納帕措很近，成羣的牛啊，馬啊，羊啊，美妙的假期，流連忘返！謝謝茨姆，祝越來越好，扎西德勒🌹
