"This was my first time visiting Shangri-La, and traveling with two young children (my younger son is only 2 years old), I had to be extremely careful when choosing accommodation! We were so lucky to have chosen this place! Seriously, I can't recommend it enough! Their rooms come in various layouts, making them perfectly suited for families with children. During my five-day stay, I ended up booking three different room types. On the first day, since all other rooms were fully booked, I could only secure a king-sized room. However, the butler was concerned we might be a bit cramped for sleeping and kindly upgraded us to a tatami room free of charge. It was such an incredibly thoughtful gesture! ❤️ They also offer airport pick-up and drop-off services. All in all, everything was smooth and wonderful. My daughter even insisted on getting our butler's WeChat contact, saying she absolutely wants to stay here again next time we visit Shangri-La."
