The owner of this inn is a very classy person. He picked us up on our first day. The front desk lady was very welcoming and easy to chat with. The rice noodle auntie also made delicious breakfast and was incredibly welcoming. The owner's cocktails were also delicious. The atmosphere was wonderful, especially the music. The room was the best we've ever stayed in Yunnan. It was very clean and had a heater, a humidifier, a small refrigerator, and a separate wet and dry bathroom. It's also very close to the ancient city and conveniently located. We're so glad we chose this inn and will definitely return next time we have the chance. And there are some adorable kittens.

Was here for a one night stay, really really love the location! It’s very near to 龟公园，the广场 where you can dance together with the locals and many food stores & costume rental stores! The boss was really nice, he went all out to collect my parcels from 3 different places! Really appreciate that as he saved a lot of time for me as I’m only in Shangrila for 2D1N. There’s also a foot massage store nearby! The boss also have contact to buy 吐司宴会 tickets at a cheap price! Btw there’s no lift in this place, was lucky to get a room on the first floor!

A perfect homestay. We arrived late at night on the day of our arrival, and the homestay arranged to pick us up. The staff were very warm and helpful, even bringing us hot milk in our room when we returned in the evening—extremely thoughtful. On the day of our departure, they also drove us to the train station. The price was very reasonable as well.

The attention to detail in the room was impressive, starting with the immaculate cleanliness. The smart home system was well-implemented throughout, and a comprehensive selection of disposable amenities was provided, including disposable nasal oxygen tubes – a truly thoughtful provision for preventing altitude sickness. Thick, comfortable slippers and complimentary mini-drinks were also a nice touch. Breakfast was included with the stay. The front desk staff were incredibly attentive and thoughtful. They went above and beyond, helping me with my luggage all the way to the taxi stand. And when they overheard I liked watermelon, they kindly brought me two plates! My three-day, two-night stay in Shangri-La was wonderful; I was well-rested and had an amazing time.

I absolutely loved their guesthouse! The overall design is in a traditional ******* style, and the entire decor feels grand and impressive, especially the ******* Cultural Hall. I truly can't recommend staying here enough. The service here is also absolutely superb; someone came all the way out to help us with our luggage and took it directly to our room. They even offered us complimentary fruit. In the evening, the host's grandmother even shared insights into ******* culture with us, which was truly wonderful! It made us incredibly happy, allowing us to deeply experience ******* culture. Absolutely worth it!
