"I recall writing a review right after my stay, but it seems to have disappeared. Before booking, I'd read countless reviews and done my homework. This place genuinely lives up to its flawless reputation. To put it simply, they've anticipated every need; there's nothing you could want that isn't already provided or attended to. As I'm quite particular about these matters, for me to give it my seal of approval means it genuinely has no faults. Facilities: Don't let the 'inn' label mislead you. The toiletries are all branded – I wouldn't have bothered lugging my own shampoo and shower gel if I'd known! They're on par with, if not superior to, those in many five-star hotels. As we use electric bidets at home, I often find that even many five-star hotels lack electric toilet seats. So, discovering they had them here was an absolute delight – it truly felt like home! Service: They offer complimentary high-speed rail station pick-up and drop-off. One evening, when I was dining in the ancient town and it started raining, the proprietress thoughtfully messaged me, offering to pick me up with an umbrella. What truly moved me was when I arrived feeling unwell due to altitude sickness; they immediately provided special medication and guided me on how to use the in-room oxygen concentrator. I felt significantly better by the next day – their attentiveness was genuinely touching. There's so much more I could say, but I can't possibly cover it all here. In summary, I wholeheartedly recommend this inn to everyone. I noticed they have many returning guests, which speaks volumes. I wish everyone a wonderful trip! "The hotel's best feature is its location, just 200 meters from the ancient town, making it particularly convenient for exploring. If you're driving, you can park in the nearby alley and the staff will provide directions, which is quite convenient. The hotel's facade looks ordinary, but the interior is pleasant, with a French, medieval style. The room is spacious. I booked a special offer room, so it had three beds, but it was still spacious. The only thing I couldn't understand was that, while my room cost over 400 yuan, they provided disposable towels, as is typical of a standard hotel. While I think disposable towels are better for hygiene than those that need to be washed frequently, my first day there made me think twice. This hotel isn't cheap, after all. For over 400 yuan, they didn't provide disposable towels, which made the overall experience feel a bit lacking. However, the view from the hotel is nice, and there's a very soft sofa, which probably offsets my concerns. I booked without breakfast, but since there are many nearby restaurants that offer breakfast, I didn't order it."

"There’s a quite abit of construction going on around the hotel and the room initially assigned was right beside a construction site. The noise was quite bad at night and in the morning but the staffs were really friendly and accommodating. After we feedback about the noise at midnight, they went to speak to the construction workers but when it didn’t work, they took the initiative to have our room immediately changed to a location further away from the noise. Room is spacious and comfortable. Hotel is located about 20mins walk away from the ancient town. However by car, the hotel may be a little hard to find due to the constructions around the area. GPS would always direct to the 1st floor of the hotel instead of the hotel main entrance."

"The room environment is very good, the whole house is smart, the TV can cast screen, the toilet is smart, dry and wet are separated, and there is an observation deck on the fourth floor. As we were traveling by car, navigating the town's narrow and often crowded roads proved quite challenging. However, the owner was incredibly helpful, guiding us to the designated parking area and offering a convenient pick-up and drop-off service. They also thoughtfully provided local food recommendations and a detailed travel guide. **Environment & Location:** The ambiance is simply fantastic, and the guesthouse boasts a prime location. We specifically booked a room with a rooftop terrace, which afforded us stunning night views of the ancient town – truly beautiful! As I mentioned, the location isn't the most convenient for those traveling by car. A word of warning: definitely avoid driving into the ancient town between 7 PM and 9 PM; it's an absolute nightmare! **Room Facilities & Cleanliness:** Our room was very spacious and came with its own balcony/terrace, all at a very reasonable price. The room's overall facilities felt relatively new and well-maintained. The only minor issue was with the oxygen concentrator; its indicator light kept flashing red for maintenance. After trying to use it briefly, I felt uncomfortable, so I decided against it. I hope the owners can look into this. **In Summary:** This is a new guesthouse, having just opened in 2024. It offers excellent value for money and comes highly recommended!"

"Staying in this B&B, I can truly feel the ingenuity of the owner. Flower arrangements can be seen everywhere, and each one is very beautiful and has a sense of atmosphere. I learned and discussed a lot of flower arrangement techniques from the owner. The owner is also a very loving and patient person. The communication was very pleasant. "Service: The service was incredibly thoughtful. On a drizzly day, the butler personally greeted us, helped with our luggage, and even drove us to a restaurant outside the ancient city. It's clear they pour their heart into running this establishment! Environment: Located within the ancient city, our room featured floor-to-ceiling windows and a charming, small courtyard. We could even enjoy a foot bath in the room, and the bedding was exceptionally comfortable. It was wonderfully quiet at night, offering a peaceful retreat right in the heart of things. Amenities: They thoughtfully provided mosquito repellent and oxygen tanks, which was very convenient. What's more, it's a pet-friendly place, which was a huge bonus! 👍 Seriously, book without hesitation – you absolutely won't regret your stay!"

"To be honest, this B&B is the most comfortable, heartwarming, warmest and most beautiful B&B I have ever stayed in. The ******* courtyard attracted me as soon as I entered. Then, the room was very spacious and homely. There was a large balcony with a table and two chairs. You could see the grass (and cute lambs) and the countryside of the B&B. On the left was the Napahai Wetland. I just sat in Yangshan for a whole morning drinking tea. It was so comfortable. I can see this view ten thousand times. (The facilities in the room are really good, the bed is comfortable to sleep on, the bathroom is clean and easy to use, and there is a very powerful oxygen supply and heating system, because Shangri-La is still quite cold in summer!) Here comes the point! ! The owner of the B&B is really considerate, kind and cute🥹🥹 (I wrote so much because the B&B is beautiful and they are so nice...) As soon as we arrived, they helped me and my friend carry the heavy suitcases, saying that they didn't want us to have altitude sickness. After we got to the room, they turned on the heater for us and gave us a pot of hot butter tea and ******* fried dough sticks🫖 So considerate and delicious🥲😋 At about 10 o'clock in the evening, we wanted to order butter tea (yes, sorry, I was really willful🥲) and the lady boss made it for us🥹 They are so nice... They also took us to Napahai for free and sent us to the high-speed rail station🥹 How can you run such a Buddhist business🥹😢😭 And they came to chat with us at dinner～( ´▽｀) Next is the food!! I really want to mention this, everything is delicious, very homely, very local and very affordable, a yak hot pot is only over 100... I suggest you eat here... There are also chicken pot, roasted pork belly (the best I've ever eaten in my life, you'll know after you've tried it😂) cucumber scrambled eggs, tomato scrambled eggs, fried yak meat cubes... "This B&B is so comfortable to stay in. It is run by a girl born in 1999. She is very warm and enthusiastic. She gave us fruits, prepared breakfast, and picked us up at the high-speed rail station. We were all of the same age and had a great time chatting. There is a projector in the room, which can play music. The sound quality is very good. Listening to Deng Ziqi's music in the room feels like a concert. The feeling of chatting with friends while listening to music is really relaxing. The toilet is also smart. Finally, I don't have to freeze my butt when going to the toilet in winter, hahaha. The supplies in the room are very clean and have everything you need. There is also a washing machine, and you can wash clothes for free. There is also a stove on the first floor for warming up. It is also very comfortable to read books and chat around the stove in winter. The whole homestay is quite large, the environment is also very good, and the decoration is also very beautiful.
