PERFECT STAY FOR US! The views are great, the staffs are great, the animals are lovely and everything just so awesome. Totally coming back again because we’re so well taken care of and its a very enjoyable stay.

The room views are superb, and I absolutely love this resort. The service is excellent, and there are plenty of animals to interact with. It’s a very relaxing place, and this is the best resort I have ever stayed at in my life!

My wife and I were beyond pleased with our stay at Lisiman Inn!
Service:
All the staff were incredibly patient and helpful, both during our stay and even before it began. Their responses to our enquiries were almost instant. Not only that, they also helped us get a driver (on our own expenses) for various attractions. We also appreciate the night time goodies which they prepare for us every night e.g. yak milk and fruits and delivered to our room. We would give the entire service crew a 100/10 for going the extra mile for their guests.
Hotel:
Stunning views, adorable animals, and an excellent room! The amenities are adequate and beyond expectation e g. Dyson hair dryer, marshall speaker and projector -- everything was well thought of for our stay. There is also a free 20 min professional photography service with traditional costume for guests and we get to select 3 photos for our keepsake. We enjoyed our stay very much and wish to return!

A friend recommended this hotel to us. Seeing everyone's positive reviews, how could we miss it when we were visiting Shangri-La for the first time? As soon as we added him on WeChat, he gave us an enthusiastic introduction and replied to us immediately, making us feel like VVVIPs.
The guy who picked us up at the station was very enthusiastic. When we arrived at the hotel, we were treated warmly, and there were three big Alaskan dogs (one coffee, one small seven, and I forgot the other one 🤣)
There are desserts in the evening and a rich breakfast. We also dine in the hotel restaurant, which tastes great.
There is also a small gift when leaving the store. In short, I am very satisfied~
We may come back because of this hotel.
