🌲 Banyan Tree Ringha – An Unforgettable Stay in Shangri-La
Our stay at Banyan Tree Ringha was truly memorable from start to finish. The staff are exceptionally friendly, genuine, and deeply committed to ensuring guests feel cared for. We celebrated my wife’s birthday here, and the team executed it perfectly — thoughtful touches all around that made the day truly special.
Breakfast via room service was fantastic — beautifully presented, with generous portions and a great selection that was more than enough for both of us. The front desk and reception team were excellent in communication; every request we made was attended to almost immediately.
When our flight was delayed, they were kind enough to extend our checkout time without hesitation, which we deeply appreciated. This level of service really sets them apart.
Worth special mention; the front desk Ms Deveny, Kendrick, and the restaurant crew. You guys Rock!
We’re already planning our next visit next year — Banyan Tree Ringha has definitely become one of our favorite stays!

房間直麪壯山谷和河流，環境極其安靜，衹有流水聲和鳥鳴，真正遠離喧囂，心靈得到了徹底的放鬆。藏族小哥接送熱情又準時，讓人倍感親切。所有工作人員見面都會主動微笑問好，氛圍温暖。入住的藏式牧舍特色鮮明又舒適，很新奇的體驗，細節滿滿。

酒店選址特別美，有避世感覺，服務人員是我見過最好的，前兩天在麗江金茂住的價格比這個一倍多，但是也不幫忙拿一下行李袋子啥的。
酒店的接駁車到了門口不會催促客人，靜靜等待，一開門就幫忙拿行李，前台也很熱情，事事有迴應，件件有着落，房間院子裏還可以吃燒烤，美景美食家人相伴，哪怕是在旺季人很多的情況，也會做到很安靜，讓人安心享受度假時光，另外酒店做臉真的不錯，便宜，適合旅遊幾天巨乾的臉的恢復，會再來，入住很驚喜，性價比很高，希望不要漲價哈哈哈

The hotel is in an unbeatably beautiful area and only a 20 minute drive to the city. Completely surrounded by beautiful nature, it is a great escape for anyone. The room is huge, it’s not a room, it’s a traditional ******* house. We were blown away by the size, the ******* hot spring in the bathroom and the personal spa room. What is more, the staff are amazing. The restaurant staff were super hardworking and so friendly. They met every request asked. All the staff were amazing!! Definitely stay here if you are coming to Shangri-la.

超級、非常棒的一次藏族民風融入式入住體驗。酒店大膽地採用了藏地元素設計風格，32座碉房就在當地村落中建立，傍依安仁河谷。小河緩緩的流淌，白塔靜靜的佇立，牛羊大鵝自在的生活……這就是我想象中的田園牧歌。特別感謝Jolie管家每天的温柔陪伴和大小事情都能高效反饋，讓我們覺得這趟旅行很温馨。房間300平的濃郁藏地風情給了家人們太多的驚喜！軟裝都是紅與黑的碰撞～羊毛地毯、下嵌式取暖爐、手工浴桶、梳粧台等傢俱真的是恍惚間讓自己覺得就是土司夫人哈哈哈🤣要説缺點，可能就是早餐的豐富度可以再好一些。其他酒店的親子項目也是非常豐富，非常適合暑期度假旅行。期待再次歸來♥️

我們下午一點多到的，Jolie已經提前一天加了微信，詢問我們的需求。一進門，Jolie迎出送上哈達，端上熱乎乎的紅棗薑茶和小點心，入住手續辦得很快。聽到我們還沒吃飯，又送給我們滿滿一碗小點心，貼心告訴我們怎樣去餐廳用餐和在房間怎樣點餐。入住期間也很周到，隨時回覆我們的問題。必須給Jolie點贊。其他工作人員也很好，房間住的很舒適，總之是讓人非常暖心的體驗。
