Great place to experience with Oxygen in room. Receptionist 曼月 is very friendly and helpful. Will always ask to make up room , making us afternoon tea and goodnight dessert every day of our stay.

The overall service is truly five-star, characterized by constant and proactive care. Every evening, the staff thoughtfully messaged us to see if we'd like complimentary hot milk delivered to our room as a goodnight treat—a wonderful detail. They also provided a comprehensive essentials at the reception counter for guests' convenience. We must specially commend Zha Xi, who demonstrated extraordinary dedication. Due to an unexpected limitation on all our group's WeChat accounts, we were struggling to make outside arrangements. At 10 PM, Zha xi enthusiastically stepped in, personally helping us contact a hotel in Shaxi to arrange a cake delivery and secure transportation, successfully resolving a difficult situation. His commitment and genuine care made our stay unforgettable.

There’s a quite abit of construction going on around the hotel and the room initially assigned was right beside a construction site. The noise was quite bad at night and in the morning but the staffs were really friendly and accommodating. After we feedback about the noise at midnight, they went to speak to the construction workers but when it didn’t work, they took the initiative to have our room immediately changed to a location further away from the noise. Room is spacious and comfortable. Hotel is located about 20mins walk away from the ancient town. However by car, the hotel may be a little hard to find due to the constructions around the area. GPS would always direct to the 1st floor of the hotel instead of the hotel main entrance.

The female frontdesk is very helpful. The roof of my room is made of glass, which allow you to enjoy stargazing at night if it’s not cloudy. Not to worry about it during daylight as the roof can be closed with a shade. There are two types of room that allows stargazing - we have selected the room that comes with a private outdoor bathtub.
