I can't recommend this Tibetan-style guesthouse enough! It's spotlessly clean and incredibly cozy. The young couple who run it are genuinely warm and welcoming – I especially loved their smiles. Its location is perfect, just a two or three-minute walk from the North Gate of the Old Town, which makes exploring so convenient. Plus, they offer a pick-up service. Honestly, if I ever come back to Shangri-La, I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Excellent value for money! This guesthouse truly offers incredible value. It boasts a minimalist design and feels both clean and upscale. Amenities are comprehensive, including underfloor heating, an oxygen concentrator, and a humidifier. They even provide a wellness kit and a foot soak tub. The service is incredibly thoughtful; their dedication is evident in every detail, from the warm welcome upon arrival to the friendly farewell upon departure.

The room was great, the service was attentive, and it's very close to the old town. Highly recommended!

Our group of 10 stayed at your guesthouse, and everyone absolutely loved your place! It's run by a lovely young couple who struck us as incredibly reliable, honest, and hardworking owners. Free oxygen concentrators are available, but there are only two units, so it's first-come, first-served. They welcomed us so warmly and even helped us with our luggage. They are truly wonderful hosts. They also recommended their sister's restaurant, which serves yak hotpot. It was absolutely delicious, affordable, and the portions were generous! And it's conveniently located right near the guesthouse! We wholeheartedly recommend everyone to give it a try! By the way, thank you for your wonderful hospitality! Lovely guesthouse right on the edge of Shangri La old town. Friendly hosts, beautifully appointed, clean rooms (although not soundproof), nice bath, delicious fruit plates. Highly recommended

The B&B's location is incredibly convenient for exploring the ancient town. It's just a 3-minute walk to the entrance, allowing my family and me to visit multiple times a day, and we easily explored the entire Old Town thoroughly over two days. Secondly, both transportation and dining options are excellent. Taxis can drop you off right at the doorstep, and directly across from the B&B is a street brimming with restaurants, meaning you can easily find delicious options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, all within a 2-minute walk. Finally, and perhaps most importantly, both the B&B's courtyard and the guest rooms exude a rich ******* charm. Everything is spotlessly clean and tidy, creating a wonderfully comfortable atmosphere. The owner even thoughtfully upgraded our room free of charge. Honestly, Shangri-La as a whole impressed me with its warm and authentic tourist environment, and the owner's family at Dongshi perfectly embodies this spirit. Having traveled to many places and stayed in countless B&Bs, Dongshi truly stands out as the epitome of a 'home away from home'! I wholeheartedly recommend staying here.

Dongshi Yiyu Hidden Luxury Design B&B is an absolute gem that I highly recommend! The cleanliness was impeccable; I couldn't find a single flaw. The smart home features throughout were incredibly convenient, from automatic lights upon entry to voice-controlled curtains, making for a truly high-tech experience. The common areas were beautifully designed like a miniature garden, and sitting on the terrace enjoying the evening breeze was incredibly relaxing. The host was wonderfully friendly, treating us like friends and always going above and beyond to accommodate our requests. This made the entire stay absolutely fantastic – a perfect 10/10!

It's strategically located right within Dukezong Ancient Town, offering superb convenience for exploring. They provide pick-up and drop-off services to/from the airport and high-speed rail station, and the hostess is incredibly warm and hospitable.

The owner was incredibly warm and welcoming; they even drove us to Napa Lake and provided a hiking map. Our two-night stay felt just like being at a friend's home – so warm and thoughtful. We'll definitely be back!

The hotel location is near to dugezong old town & halal eateries. The host was so helpful. I cant breath at night due to high altitude. She provided the oxygen can (15 yuan) I get to try the yak butter tea for free at her sister restaurant. The butter tea tasted nice. She also helped to arrange a didi car for a day trip to songzanlin mountain. It was nice of her. She drove me to shangrila train station for free. I will stay at her place again when i visit shangrila in future

The location is perfect, right next to Dukezong Ancient Town, just a 2-minute walk away. It's extremely convenient for exploring and getting around.
