Avoid this place! This is my worst hotel experience in Hong Kong, and I've been here many times. I was in Tsim Sha Tsui for business at Standard Chartered Bank. For convenience, I just picked the closest hotel to the bank since I was only staying two days. The location is excellent, right outside the MTR station, and just across the street from Standard Chartered. However, upon entering the room, I immediately noticed it looked nothing like the pictures on Ctrip. The family room I booked was completely different. I wanted a window, but this one faced the bustling Nathan Road, and it provided zero sound insulation. It was incredibly noisy until 2 or 3 AM, like sleeping on the street; I couldn't get any sleep at all. Plus, I felt itchy in bed, so I suspect the sheets and duvet covers were full of dust mites! Since the rooms are so close together, I could clearly hear people in the next room returning in the middle of the night. I definitely won't be coming back!

There's no front desk, but customer service arranged everything clearly before check-in, so getting into the room was very smooth. The location is incredibly convenient; the subway station exit is right downstairs. Walking left or right from the entrance, you can reach Victoria Harbour and Yau Ma Tei easily. It's also very close to Don Quijote. The room isn't huge, but it was perfectly adequate for two people for three nights, and all the in-room amenities were complete. If I have the chance to visit again, I'd definitely choose this place. The value for money is really high.

The location is super convenient, but the soundproofing isn't great. The room I got wasn't small; it was actually quite spacious for a Hong Kong hotel. I'd definitely choose this place again next time. 👍

Very bad stay — not recommended. The room was extremely dirty, and the bathroom situation was terrible — the drainage was bad. At night, the aircon even leaked water, making the whole stay very uncomfortable. Other than the good location, there was nothing positive. I requested room service, but all they did was come in and empty the dustbin. They didn’t change the towels, didn’t clean the room properly, and didn’t replace any amenities. Overall, a very disappointing experience. I will not stay here again and do not recommend this place.

Arrived at 1am, owner was easy to contact despite the timing. Checked in smoothly and stay was lovely. Will come again. The only downside was there wasn’t any fridge available and the lift might take some time due to limited lifts available and it a lot of guests stays in the building. Otherwise, my whole stay there was very pleasant. Size of the room is perfect for a solo traveler too! Would stay here again!

This place is in the heart of Tsim Sha Tsui, with popular influencer restaurants downstairs and Chungking Mansions nearby, perfect for photo ops. The MTR is right next door, making it super convenient to get anywhere! I think this is quite a spacious room for Hong Kong standards. My family and I stayed for two days and found it pretty good, especially for the reasonable price. The bathroom was clean enough, and there was even space for our luggage! Check-in was easy; we just added them on WeChat and went straight in. No photo trickery here, thankfully!

I booked a room without windows , good use of space , very convenient. You get fresh towels , toothbrush, bedroom slipper. In charge was very attentive and took charge to keep noise level down, instructions was very clear . I think all traveller should mind their noise level when traveling in groups. Thank you My Inn for the hospitality, will be back.

We stayed here last September 2025, masasabi kong maganda na tong place na to and very safe ang lugar.. If your itinerary mostly in Tst, perfect tong place na to. Some of the tourist attractions halos Walking distance lang.. Si ate who assisted us ay super mabait. Since we arrived early, We asked her for early check in, then she allowed us without any extra fee.. 🥰 The elevator is too small, it can only fit 4 pax without luggage and 2 pax if you have big luggage. From Airport ride A21 bus, then baba lang mismo ng bus stop sa tst. Tawid sa kabila, yun na mismo yung bldg. I like the cr. Wala lang bidet so be ready, bring your own tabo 🤭 they prepared shampoo,body wash, toothbrush at toothpaste, free bottled water and pwede ipalinis ang room everyday. Pag tawid sa kabila mtr agad, then kowloon park. Free entrance.. sa likod naman may 7/11 na, also bake house...

Cozy room and very comfortable. The staff are accommodating too and can speak English so we can communicate properly too.

Service was nice enough. Instructions from the hotel were easy to follow. The room has all the basic needs… towel, private bathroom, hair dryer, disposable comb, toothbrush, shampoo, body wash, tissue, bottled water. Pillows and blankets were good enough. Hotel room price point is on point. Had a problem though on the last day. Water dripped from the ceiling and straight to our bed. I reported it via wechat at around 5am, and reported it immediately. Hotel person-in-charge checked on it a few hours later, particularly after we checked out at around 9am… and then informed me that she checked on the bed but there was no water dripping. Good thing I took a video and photos of it. Finally, the bathroom drain is not that good.

How I wish I saw this place earlier. I could’ve booked our whole stay here. The place is clean and nice! The toilet in the room is also clean. With towels, free toothbrush, showercap & with complimentary water everyday. TST station is just across the place. Very convenient. I can recommend this place 💯. I will definitely be staying here if I go back to HK.
