We were here for 4d3n. Booked 2 rooms, 3 pax and 2 pax room. Xiao Zhang warmly welcome us at the door and quickly checked us in. Explain to us all the amenities and smart system in the rooms. In room washing machine, toiletries were all provided. Towels are disposable towel and replaced everyday. Humidifier was provided too to counter the dry weather especially when using the heater. Oxygen machine is also provided which can be plug into any socket in the room and use. The room is also constantly pumping oxygen. With the altitude at 3000+, this is indeed very essential and thoughtful of them Rooms are faced directly at the sunrise direction and it was a totally unblocked view. Star gazing is perfect for this place too. Big shout out to Xiao Zhang. He took care of us really well and ensure all our problem and enquiries are met. He is always just a wechat message away. There is a alaskan and a in house cat at the location too. Animals lover will be a plus point to them! Will definitely be back here if I ever come to shangrila again! 我们在这里住了 4天3夜。我们订了两间房，一间住3人，一间住2人。小张在门口热情地迎接我们，并且很快帮我们办理入住。他详细为我们介绍了房间里的设施和智能系统。 房间里有洗衣机，洗漱用品一应俱全。提供一次性毛巾，而且每天都会更换。还配有加湿器，尤其适合开暖气时防止空气干燥。 也提供了制氧机，可以直接插在房间的任意插座就能使用。房间里也会持续输送氧气。在海拔3000多米的地方，这一点真的非常贴心且非常重要。 房间正对着日出的方向，视野完全无遮挡。这里也是观星的绝佳地点。 特别要给小张大大的好评，他照顾我们非常周到，所有问题和疑问都帮我们一一解决。发微信他随时都在线回应。 这里还有一只阿拉斯加和一只店猫，喜欢动物的朋友一定会加分！ 如果下次再来香格里拉，我一定还会选择这里！

The host is really friendly and considerate. She offered to upgrade our room as it’s the off season here. The room is spacious and comfortable, equipped with smart home systems. Lying on the bed, you could ask the AI assistant to open the shades. Viola! The sunrise is right there at the lakeside in the mornings. Here is also a cute cute cow cat and a giant but gentle Alaskan — huge bonus for animal lovers! Highly recommended!

This is as close to nature as one can get.. cows and horses, cats and dogs, right in front of the hotel... very, very peaceful and quiet environment. Our family room is super spacious, fully equipped with washer and smart feature. Breakfast is lovely. The owner is friendly and helpful to arrange transport for us to the rail station. Looking forward to visit again.
