hotel location is great (cross over you will be in the nanjing road street). room cleanliness superb, with great amenities. staff were friendly and polite. if i were to come shanghai again, will not hesitate to choose this hotel again.

Best ever hotel experience 💯💯💯💯 room is exactly same as photos posted by the hotel, family room is spacious which fits the needs of family of 4 of us. All the necessary facilities are available including free laundry service. We arrived at 6am and hotel was kind enough to clean the room asap to let us check in early to have a rest. At the end, we managed to check in at 9am. We were truly blessed with the kind arrangement. On the 3rd day, the laundry area was fully occupied which we were not able to get chance to wash our clothes, instead, 空晴offered laundry service and delivered to room for us when it was done. Again, we were truly blessed. The response of the staffs were real quick whenever we sent our request. Front Office Service was great! From the moment we arrived, the receptionist greeted us with a warm smile and promptly checked us in. They were very attentive to our needs, providing useful information about the hotel facilities and local attractions. The process was efficient and hassle-free, making our arrival smooth and enjoyable. Overall, the front office staff exceeded our expectations with their professionalism and friendliness. The room was clean, except for some details like under the bed, where it was full of dust. The closet is small for two people to share and the space available for storing clothes/luggage is in general tiny. Location of the hotel is nice, as it lies in a quite walkable area, and by foot you can reach the Huaihai Road (good for shopping) in 35m. Metro line 9 is a 15m walk. The service was okay. The staff at the reception did not speak English and they offered no help or guidance about the city: quite essential service. Their attitude was in general detached and seemed quite un-open to communicating. Also, after leaving the room and realizing there were still some clothes left inside, I tried to report it to the reception and they just sent me to the room to check without even communicating to the cleaning service. It ended up that my clothes were not in the room anymore and the staff offered no further help, so I left without these clothes. Also, i had explicitly booked a room with “City View” and I was placed in room 1402 with one very dirty window - out of 2 windows available to enjoy the view. After asking to clean it, they made an unsuccessful attempt and then just left me with the dirty window without any kind of compensation. I was only offered to switch to another room in a lower floor and with no city view, which made no sense considering I had paid more specifically to have a room with “City View”. Breakfast is decent and offers a good variety of food. The staff is understanding if a host is taking few minutes past closing time to finish the food. The staff at the breakfast floor is also very nice and friendly. The main perk of the hotel for me was the cafè at the hall, where a very friendly girl employee works. She was very nice and gave me and my girlfriend some unique advice on places to visit in the city. She was of course also making extremely good flat white and coffee. Balancing everything out though, if was to come back to Shanghai, I would probably choose a different hotel.

New hotel, very clean environment, the room is also the type I like, simple and warm, the front desk brother and sister are very polite, help with luggage, dirty clothes can also be sent to the robot for washing, the black beer in the mini bar is delicious~

such an lovely hotel for the price, a little far from the city center but a 15minute walk to the nearest train station! i booked the family tatami room with two other friends! friendly staff and great service, would definitely recommend’

It was a great experience in there, Just if there could be a bit more English present ”(such as the Breakfast Menu) it would be more International traveler friendly. The service was spot on.

Stay here. If you need to be near the airport, you won't regret it. Complimentary Disney transfer as well as airport transfer. Hotel looked brand new. What you expect from a 5 star hotel. We stayed at the Marriott in Yiwu prior to this, and it was ok, but dated and a bit run down. Did not represent the Marriott name. Somewhere wrapt with the Royal International. Exceeded expectations.
