The train station was conveniently located directly across from a pedestrian crossing at the hotel entrance, making it easy for travelers with heavy luggage. The room was clean and spacious, providing enough space for four of us to open our luggage, and the beds were also very comfortable. The hotel offered dental kits and various additional amenities in the lobby, such as rubber bands, masks, shoe cloths, wet tissues, and more. Complimentary drinks and snacks were available in the room. The service was outstanding, especially when I needed assistance with food delivery and restaurant reservations. The reception staff were patient and guided me through the entire process. I would definitely book this hotel again if I return to Shanghai.

The audio-visual room is very good. I have stayed there for 3 nights. The room on the first floor also has Xiaodu and bidet. A bottle of warm mineral water is given when you enter the door. The service is very warm. There is a wireless charger on the bedside table on one side. 👍🏻 Coffee is available 24 hours a day in the lobby, and midnight snacks are provided for a full two hours. It is rare. I like the stepped seating design of the restaurant. I can enjoy the antiques next to it while eating.
