I specifically asked the front desk for a quieter room when I checked in, but the door of the room I was given was leaking. The sound of the robot delivering food outside was clear all night, and the sound of the cleaning outside and the guests staying in the hotel was also clear in the morning. The toilet seat in the bathroom was wiped with alcohol wipes to remove dirt, and there was a long hair on the floor from the previous guest. When I checked out, the front desk asked if I was satisfied with my stay. I said it was quite noisy, and she immediately gave me a cup of yogurt and apologized. Although I don't like to eat this, I can feel the service attitude. Five-star service for this staff. In addition, the wifi signal seems to be not good and is interrupted from time to time, and there is no wooden comb in the care box.

The only downside is that the location is a bit far from the city center, but if you don’t mind the distance, it’s definitely a great place to stay!

The hotel facilities are very good, the hygiene is very clean, the waiters are very nice, they always say hello when they see me. It was very cold that day, and the front desk staff poured me a cup of hot tea as soon as I entered the lobby. Most importantly, parking is very convenient, and there is a microwave on the first floor. I was very satisfied with my stay.

The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The light switch was broken when I checked in, and I notified the front desk and sent someone to fix it immediately. After the master tapped the circuit bus at the door, the switch was fixed. In addition, the room cleaning was also very active. Whether or not the Do Not Disturb function was turned on, the room was cleaned when I came back. The services were good, they gave me a free room upgrade and we all very well mannered. However the was a peculiar smell coming from the sinks in the room I was upgraded to. I ordered room service and the room service was reasonably priced and so good I had to get another order. However the second burger I ordered took an hour to arrive.
