Service are really great ! Staff very friendly and so helpful. Really appreciate it. Room is new and very clean with good auto control system. Love the shower hot water ! Location is good just opposite the stadium with 3-5mis walking distance. Food & shopping just around the area. Highly recommended! My choice of hotel. It makes me really happy to stay here.

Hotel is really clean and follows a minimalist style. Their breakfast menu is pretty extensive and delicious and they even offer porridge for supper! The staff are also very friendly and helpful. :)

Although my stay was good ! but there's some point that has disappointed me. I wanted to use swimming pool but do to typhoon they closed open swimming pool. It wasn't raining and the wind wasn't so high but they still closed it for 2 days. Also there's no movies on hotel tv and I cannot connect my Apple tv although the tv has this function but they blocked it sp i couldn't connect to the tv and broadcast the movie on tv . The problem this hotel is new but the sealing in common areas is leaking and I had drops dropping on my face at common places , not in the room. The room was good and fine. Breakfast was ok. But I kinda wanted fresh juice. Stuff in hotel was nice but they recognized me and told me about seeing me somewhere before in various locations, I didn't feel comfortable because I prefer to be anonymous in hotel and this one is not cheap. And I want my privacy and anonymity i don't blame stuff but this is just my note. And there was a note that i can use shuttle bus to the shopping mall which is around 17 minutes walk but when i ask about it the staff said its not available on weekends. Then i asked maybe they have car to drop me to the shopping mall they said they don't have. Just saying Because I couldn't rent a hotel downtown for the same amount of money of a big chain brand and get outstanding service but I think the price of this hotel is overpriced. Although my stay was good and I reserved complements from hotel which I thankfull. And the room was clean and high technology.

I have stayed here many times and I have a really good impression of this hotel. Facilities: There is a bathtub and an open-air balcony, which is really great. The whole house is smart, including smart toilets, curtains, etc. Bluetooth speakers are all available. Hygiene: The room is very clean and has no odor. Environment: Very good. The decoration is very retro and nostalgic. The decoration style is also great. Service: Every time I go to the front desk, I am greeted with a smile. The front desk is very cute and smiling. Every time I leave something behind, they will call me in time and assist me. The two little girls at the front desk are very cute. The service is nothing to say. It's really great.

The room is clean and comfortable, the window faces the community, it is very quiet, the toilet and shower are completely separated, the bed is relatively soft, which I like. The front desk service is very good, helping to extend the check-out to 3:30, which meets my business needs! The breakfast service is also very good!

Due to personal reasons, I arrived at the hotel at 10 o'clock, but the king-size room I booked was no longer available. The handsome guy at the front desk was very nice and helped me upgrade to a suite. When I went to check out at 9 o'clock this morning, I found that he was still working. It was very hard work, but the service was still in place. I really thank the guy at the front desk.

What I like most is the large open-air parking lot. It is perfect for business trips. The rooms are economical and affordable. The front desk service is great. The environment is nice and clean. The room service is very thoughtful. Thank you for having you ~ Business trips become pleasant ~

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Shangrila, and I must say it was a fantastic experience! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Highlights of Our Stay: Exceptional Service: The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. We had a special request for a small birthday setup for my husband, and they exceeded our expectations. The room was beautifully decorated with balloons and a birthday cake, which made the celebration extra special. Comfortable Accommodation: The room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed with all the amenities we needed. The beds were comfortable, and we had a great night's sleep of our stay. Excellent Dining: The hotel's restaurant offered a wide variety of delicious dishes. We especially enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which had something for everyone, including picky eaters! Areas for Improvement: While our stay was wonderful, one area where the hotel could improve is in making the facilities more child-friendly. It would be fantastic to have an indoor playground and a dedicated kids' pool. These additions would make the hotel even more appealing for families with young children. Overall, Shangrila provided an excellent experience with top-notch service and amenities. We will definitely consider staying here again in the future and look forward to seeing any new child-friendly additions they might make!

location was okay, although it is abit far from the metro station, there were many food choices around and a supermarket as well. the room was clean, staff were all very friendly, convenient as a robot will send your delivery orders up to your doorstep. room size was pretty big as compared to the other branch i stayed in the other time, sound insulation was also pretty good.
