I'm quite fond of the Shangri-La Qiantan. I've stayed here many times since its opening, so I decided to write a proper review this time. The hotel boasts a bright and spacious design, and the room layouts are practical and well-proportioned. This time, I noticed a package on Ctrip that included dinner, so I booked it for a relaxing getaway. My room was already prepared upon check-in, and even though I arrived a bit early, I was able to get into my room right away. The buffet breakfast was incredibly generous with a wide array of choices, including many delicious Shanghainese breakfast specialties like fried sticky rice cakes, sticky rice rolls, pan-fried buns, and savory crepes. However, I was a bit disappointed to find that xiaolongbao were no longer available this time. I especially want to commend the hotel's highly professional service. The restaurant staff, in particular, were very proactive in anticipating and addressing guests' needs, frequently checking if we were satisfied with our meals. The dinner set menu came as an individual bento box, beautifully presented. We were told these were all signature dishes. The braised pork, shrimp, and mini wontons were all quite tasty. However, the stir-fried rice cakes quickly turned hard as they cooled, so I'd suggest replacing that particular dish.

The facilities are modern, and the Wi-Fi is excellent, providing a seamless experience for both work and entertainment. The hotel offers an extensive and delicious breakfast selection, which was a great start to the day. The hotel's cleanliness is exceptional; every corner was spotlessly clean, which was very reassuring. The rooms are very well soundproofed, ensuring a peaceful and quiet night, and guaranteeing excellent sleep quality. The fitness center is fully equipped, allowing me to maintain my workout routine even while traveling. The hotel's Chinese restaurant offers refined dishes with authentic flavors, definitely worth trying. The check-out process was quick and easy, and the front desk staff were efficient and professional, saving valuable time. The prime location with convenient transportation links made getting around incredibly easy. Very excellent service of staff They are very patient and understanding towards the customer. Have muji vibes Excellent service of helping us to receive the tabao things that my elder sis and I purchase. Really love the overall place and stay. Nearby have a excellent shop call LYFEN which can buy small snacks as a food souvenir for friends to eat. So amazing The hotel have supper which starts at 9pm to 11pm also more amazing. Really a deal. Not all rooms have a fridge but I hope they can standandize the room that have all fridge in each room. Hope the toilet have a proper lock as it might not be very convenient the traveller is friends. Lvl 1 room light might be a bit dark for overall the room is rather good. Really a shout out to this hotel service. Very ultimate excellent and also serviced so good. If there's a additional service for staff that can help the customer out in ordering drinks or food from outside it will be a bonus point to the service. Definitely will come back to stay if there is a chances for me to come on a business trip. Breakfast service I hope they can have more variety. Love their services.

I heard this hotel is part of the Pansy Ho Group, and it's excellently located near Qiantan. The entrance design is quite striking, and check-in is handled on the second floor. The overall lobby has a very elegant feel. I checked in after midnight, and the manager upgraded my room to what appeared to be a suite, around 70 square meters, which was incredibly spacious. The bathroom was also very generously sized, featuring both a bathtub and a shower. The most impressive design element was definitely the ambient lighting – the purple💜 glow was absolutely stunning. This bathroom experience far surpasses what you'd find in other hotels at a similar price point.

Excellent services! All the front desk staff were courteous and helpful. Staying continuous 3 nights in such prestigious branded hotel without regret, I ve checked in with an upgrade and late checkout from the morning and the overnight staff. A surprising souvenir offered from Leon, and the door man was also helpful to carrying our luggage and directing the taxi direction. Very much enjoyed the fresh fruit to start cycling each morning, I'd suggest to take sporty route nearby. Then the hotel maybr can offer a little more mouthful healthy snack to make Hampton morning tradition more attractive. Overall, we pretty enjoyed the stay and will come again next time! The hotel has a fantastic location — very convenient and close to the Shanghai Oriental Sports Indoor Stadium, which was perfect for us as we attended the XIN Liu XANADU concert there. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful; no matter what we asked, they assisted us promptly and with a smile. The room was clean and comfortable, and even the housekeeping staff were very kind and welcoming. Overall, a great stay and I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Shanghai, especially if you’re attending an event at the stadium nearby!

As someone who frequently stays in five-star hotels, this one truly exceeded my expectations. The ambiance was excellent and it was spotlessly clean; I was pleasantly surprised by the incredible value for money. The service was outstanding. From the front desk to the concierge, they proactively offered water to guests during check-in, which is a thoughtful touch I rarely experience even in other five-star hotels. I stayed for two consecutive days, and the front desk staff were consistently able to promptly meet my requests; even food deliveries were efficiently brought to my room, making everything incredibly convenient. A complimentary fruit platter was provided upon check-in, which was perfect for me as I wasn't feeling well. On my second day, when I extended my stay, I decided to sign up for their Huazhu Club membership, so I can stay at their group hotels more often in the future. The service truly is excellent.

The hotel is located in a slightly run-down part of the city, but it is still well-maintained and centrally located (depending on what you are looking for). There is a KFC directly below the hotel and a few convenience stores, restaurants and fruiteries nearby. It is a convenient walk from the metro. Our room was a reasonable size, clean and smoke-free.

The room was as clean and comfortable as always. It was very quiet at night. I originally planned to stay for one night, but because the bed was so comfortable, I stayed for another night. Hey, the takeaway was delivered by a robot upstairs, which was very convenient! You don't have to go downstairs to get it yourself! The facilities are complete and there is heating~ The front desk service is also very good. I left something in the hotel in a hurry and helped me deal with it in time! ! In short, I was unexpectedly satisfied! I will stay here next time I come to Shanghai!

It's right to choose Orange Crystal~ So the details are very good, service, decoration, environment, including every corner of hygiene, I am very satisfied. I always have such a brand hotel on business trips, which really saves me a lot of trouble. I will just post pictures. The breakfast is not rich but it is delicious. The service feels responsive, very considerate and grateful~
