1. Our homestays are all residential renovations. While not damaging the overall structure of the house, we effectively utilize the space renovation and transform it into a separate house with a separate kitchen and bathroom within a space of 10-40 square meters.

The room is very clean, but the soundproofing is very poor. There is a window next to the bed, and outside the window is a stairwell or something, as if someone is walking next to your bed... But considering the price and that we are in Shanghai, it doesn't matter. I just don't recommend it to friends who have a budget for travel accommodation.

I booked this hotel considering it was close to the hospital, but it turned out to be a homestay, not as good as the Shanghai zero degree. I couldn't find the entrance for more than an hour at night. I couldn't understand why the housekeeper was not nearby and asked me to check out when he couldn't find it. It's funny! Bad review!!!
