The surrounding tertiary hospitals (Ruijin Hospital, Otolaryngology Hospital, Cancer Hospital) can be reached by walking (10-20 minutes). Multiple subway lines in the surrounding area directly connect to core important hubs such as the high-speed railway station, Hongqiao Airport, and Pudong Airport.
1. Our homestays are all residential renovations. While not damaging the overall structure of the house, we effectively utilize the space renovation and transform it into a separate house with a separate kitchen and bathroom within a space of 10-40 square meters.
2. In response to Shanghai's environmental protection regulations, homestays will no longer provide disposable dental supplies.

As soon as I moved in, I was bitten by mites on my ankles. They were all around me. Everything else was normal. The landlord has warned me that the surrounding area is old and poor. If you can tolerate that, I'd consider it. But the mites are a problem.

The location is great, with Sun Moon Plaza and Tianzifang nearby, so it's super convenient. Living in an old house is a real treat! This corner is stunning, the kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, and there's even a washing machine. The host is incredibly helpful and nice, and it's more comfortable than a hotel for a fraction of the price! Everyone, come check it out!

挺好的，老闆服務也是細心周到，提前中午發了入住指南和密碼，按照入住指南走，也是比較快速可以找到的。主要是性價比很高了，200多住民宿，在大上海也是還不錯。

因為地理位置和距離選定了這家民宿，但是到實地後，被房東通知不能入住這個位置，要住另外的地址，那個地方距離上音1.3公里，對於出行需帶大件樂器的人非常不友好，每次衹能打車。
新的地址比較偏，好像一座荒廢的院子一樣，晚上甚至沒有門燈，根本不敢出門。
房間還算乾淨，就是沖水馬桶每次蓄水都發出巨大的聲響，所以晚上不敢上廁所，怕聲響會影響孩子睡覺。
雖然客服好算比較好溝通，但是整體的體驗感不太好。
