The hotel is a little bit far away from the city center, but you can take a bus to get to the nearest subway, overall the hotel is clean and the room was spacious. There's some maintenance that needs to be done because it looks older than the pictures.
I wouldn't reccomend it if you're solo travelling or with friends because the place is more targeted to families and there are usually a lot of children around so it's a bit noisy, and there is no coffee shop or restaurants near the area.
The lady at the reception was always available to help even if I couldn't speak chinese.
