It is conveniently located in a shopping center, so you have several options to eat and do. The access is a bit hidden and complicated for cabs. The three girls at the front desk were very indifferent and a bit rude. I asked as a special requirement that they help me with my luggage since I was coming out of surgery and none of them wanted to do it. I also asked for a room away from the elevators and was assigned a room less than 20 meters away! The room is a small apartment, they do not include cooking accessories or any other amenities Near from the laundry machine they have a lot of humidity .

Great place for business at Hongqiao, especially for longer stay. The washing machine was great to have!

It's been an overall great experience staying at Citadines Songhong Road. Rooms are new and comfy, good location and convenient, though several basic stuff (eg. washing detergent, laundry detergent, utensils etc) have to request from reception instead of available in the rooms.

I've been looking forward to visiting Citadines so far. The first impression is pretty good, so I'm going to stay in other areas. (I also visited HeMa mini in the next building for the first time.) There are many cute sculptures outside. The night view from the bedroom gave me a special experience.

I had a fantastic stay at Citadines Songhong Shanghai and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city. One of the standout features for me was the exceptional cleanliness of the entire property—from the lobby to the room, everything was spotless and well-maintained. It gave me real peace of mind and made the stay all the more comfortable. The location is also super convenient, with easy access to public transport, restaurants, and shops. Whether you’re in Shanghai for business or leisure, this location puts you in a great spot to get around the city with ease. Another major plus was the in-room washing machine. It made a huge difference, especially for a longer stay. Being able to do laundry right in the room was so convenient and really elevated the experience—it’s these thoughtful amenities that set Citadines apart. All in all, Citadines Songhong exceeded my expectations. Clean, convenient, and comfortable—I’ll definitely be coming back!

Hotel is clean and is located directly in the mall. Hotel is right beside mrt line 2 and within 5 mins walk, you can reach the new mall - Livat. There is plenty of food options. Highly recommended.

Great location, right above the Song Hong road metro station which can take you to all the top tourist places. Also only 1 stop from the hong qiao train station.

Although im check in around 4am, front desk still show warm smile and welcome which surprise me

This is my third time back to this location, all is well as before. Line 2 is right downstair can be reach by elevator .  the shopping center have huge number of eateries , choosing is the most problem for me.   Using the new subway between PVG and SHA is  a real  time savier (40 minutes ride), only a stop a way for this hotel. I am bring  a few groups back to explore Shanghai food scene next few months

Good clean hotel with nice rooms, but there is no cutlery or dishes provided in the kitchen so it can’t be used.

I stayed at Citadines Songhong for an extended work trip and had a wonderful experience. The daily breakfast delivery was such a thoughtful touch, and my room was always clean, quiet, and comfortable. I also loved the neighborhood; it’s in a great shopping area with plenty of restaurants and even a Chagee!! The staff were fantastic as well! Always helpful and welcoming, even with the language barrier (English Only Speaker). A perfect spot for both a long work trip and a bit of fun

So good location... wery near to big shopping center. Line 2 so close. Hongqiao airport 1 station. Hongqiao train station 2 station....
