已經是第二次來了，上次訂了一晚小朋友回去的時候失落的説還要住一晚，隔了一個月，這次直接定了兩間兩晚，讓長者和小朋友玩個爽。連住還享房型升級+早餐，性價比拉滿。
果然一到酒店，前方就發來線報，小朋友開心的不行。特別感謝前台的小姐姐，Emily和Lainey，幫忙安排的很好，照顧了老老小小的不同需求，讓他們擁有了一次愉快的度假體驗。小朋友説今天還不想回家，那就下次再來吧。

這家酒店我真的要按頭安利！住完直接想把它加入我的“寶藏清單”！
房間面積超大，進去就覺得特敞亮，一點不壓抑，推開窗就是好風景，白天看藍天白雲，晚上看夜景都特舒服。工作人員也都特熱情，不管是前台還是保潔阿姨，説話都笑眯眯的，特別親切。
最想誇的就是管家Lucas！説話聲音聽着就舒服！我問啥問題他都秒答，巨專業，幫了我好多忙，他還提前幫我把房間空調開好，真的太感謝了！
這次入住體驗真的拉滿，下次來這兒玩，我肯定還選這家，必須讓我朋友也來感受下！

設施：1k3的房價，房間裏衹配兩瓶普通純凈水，着實糊弄些了
衞生：符合檔次
環境：應該還不錯吧，園區內的酒店，方圓一段距離內應該沒有對手
服務：要吐槽，正趕上暑假最後一個週末，住客非常多，早餐排大隊，8:30開始正常要排一刻鐘以上，但是餐廳內的桌子並不是倒不過來，而是缺人員清理，説明酒店應急能力不夠，再加上早餐品類毫無特色可言，麪檔沒的挑，澆頭也衹有素雞和雪菜，體驗感極差。
總結：以後應該不太會再選擇希爾頓了。

總的來説這次體驗還是不錯的，小孩因為有水池玩，很開心，都説不想離開，但是還是有些一波三折的，價格來説性價比很高的，酒店提前也給了聯繫和提醒，告訴我們周圍有什麼可玩的，還是覺得比較貼心的，就立刻推薦了朋友讓他們也定一個
感謝管家小龐，從去就開始聯繫，到了遇到了問題最終也給我們解決了，服務整體都還是很棒的
但是運營上還是要提點意見，三點半到了房間還沒好，關鍵是説沒打掃，五點都不能保證有，令人崩潰啊，還有早餐排隊的問題，另外就是除了泳池，任何項目都要收費，這些我覺得有點坑

定了三天兩晚的雙床房，連住送了早餐還升了湖景房，用了消費券性價比拉滿🥰
天氣比較熱帶着小朋友，想着泡泡泳池，躺平遛娃，結果室內泳池的小童池和温泉池在維護❌據説月底才能開放，大泳池正常開放，但是身高1米不會游泳的崽拒絕下水😂，然後就要誇一誇温柔又專業的前台小姐姐Tima小龐🉑瞭解我們的情況後送了兩大一小希嘻樂園的遊玩票🫰
希望下次來的時候小童泳池可以正常使用，泳池的水温可以高一點 28℃有點冷
