環境很好，還升級更高的行政套房，不過前台入住排隊等了好久，希望節假日附近可以多安排點人手，尤其是一堆外籍人士辦理的時候，速度比較慢，排隊時間太長了。另外，早餐沒有人帶位子，主動找工作人員才有的。

環境地理位置都挺好，但客房服務太慢了，在前台説了一次送床被子，打電話了四五次，等了差不多兩個小時才送到…多次詢問需要多久也沒有具體迴應，多次回答説去幫忙查詢一下也沒有後續…

酒店地理位置特別好，樓下就是南京路，人民廣場地鐵站去哪都方便。酒店餐飲設施都不錯，房間舒適乾淨。感謝服務中心Penny入住期間提供的幫助，使得冰冷的酒店瞬間有了温度。下次還會選擇回來入住。
