The hotel was absolutely spectacular and the staff were very friendly.
However I would like to give a special shout out to Locke, during check in. He was amazing and provided world class service, he was truly one of a kind.
I cannot wait to stay here again the next time I go back to Shanghai!

Really nice hotel, location could not be better, view was amazing from the executive bund view suite. Service was flawless, the only issue i had was the currency exchange machine, which did not work that well.
