房間裏有衹蜘蛛🕷️，衞生間裏面沒有防滑墊，地板有異響，房間隔音也不太好，大堂布置看上去陳舊感。餐廳服務員挺好，酒店大門口門衞也很盡責。

房間還有裝修氣味、衞生一般，門窗透風，不把空調設為30℃就像沒有開制熱空調，且空調管道通風的聲音非常影響睡眠。訂房平台上顯示的是自助早餐，結果卻是二十來塊的所謂“套餐”。
塑料地板，拖鞋走着聲音不小，衞生間沒有暖氣，早上進去就像掉進冰窟窿。
長途開車，進房即欲休息，奈何前台電話鈴聲驚心動魄，原是為了問我們晚上是否店裡用餐。真是頭一次經歷
整個體驗極差。
衹能説，性價比極差

酒店就在森林公園的對面，空氣很新鮮，停車方便，帶長者去吸吸氧，洗洗肺，很不錯的選擇！原計劃不帶娃，突**況必須帶，當天打電話給酒店加一張床，結果直接升級為一大一小床的套房，服務真的太棒了！房間乾淨，整潔！套餐中包含的正餐味道也不錯！量也非常大。三個人妥妥的吃飽！伴手禮是崇明蛋糕和葱油拌麪醬，滿滿的崇明熱情感受到了！可惜下雨，送的森林公園門票浪費了，下次有機會還來住！

環境一流，賓館處在森林環抱之中，馬路正對面就是森林公園。淋浴房裡沒有防滑墊及塑料拖鞋，沒有浴袍，打電話給服務枱説整個賓館都沒有，提出意見後一個漂亮的服務人員送來二雙一次性拖鞋，沒有笑容轉身就走，就像欠她似的。後來接電話的女士很負責的與領導反映此事，領導馬上按排人去購買了防滑墊和塑料拖鞋，這次送上門的服務員態度和藹可親，衹得稱讚。在這兒我要給歺廳的服務打滿分，我們在歺廳一共吃了六頓，他們服務熱情周到，始終面帶微笑，特別是一位男青年（好像是經理？）不但提供周到的服務，還與我們聊聊賓館的周邊環境及趣事，使得我們的用歺始終處於一個愉快的心情，謝謝你🙏廚師燒的菜也非常可口，鹹淡正好，不油膩。

女兒之前琵琶冬令營集訓是在這家酒店，想着離森林公園近就再選這家吧，實際情況蠻差的，房間小，地板翹起，走路有異響，最差的就是洗澡水，温度開到最熱還是冷到不行，我們年輕人洗洗也就算了，我父母年紀大，完全不能洗，大堂裏的鳥籠臟亂差，有一個籠子沒水很久了，因為底都是乾乾的，提醒他們去加水，等我們收拾完行李出來，依舊沒加水，如果照顧不來，不如放它們迴歸大自然吧，這次難得帶父母出來旅遊一次，體驗感差到爆，不會再來了
