This is my go-to hotel, and the facilities are actually quite good. However, since the new Hilton opened next door, this garden hotel feels a bit less impressive, but the price point is a factor. The service is excellent; whether it's the front desk, the restaurant, or housekeeping, everyone is great. The hygiene is very good. Breakfast quality is also good, though adding breakfast separately can be a bit pricey. My only minor complaint is that the card readers for their elevators have always been a bit finicky. This time, the middle elevator's sensor barely worked at all.

The male manager at the front desk, who wore glasses and was slightly overweight, had a constantly stern expression. Other Hilton Garden Inns would easily allow a breakfast change just by asking, especially when I have plenty of points. This hotel, however, not only refused to change it but also emphasized that the booking was made via Ctrip and was too cheap. Am I really forced to book expensive rooms? I stayed for 4 nights, and they wouldn't even agree to change one breakfast. Before swiping my card, they said it was 70 RMB per person, but when I swiped, they said it was 78 RMB per person.
