再次來到貴酒店，仍舊一如既往的滿意。
入住辦理高效，得知我們其中一位九十多歲長者，前台翁經理貼心安排原來差不多的湖景房，入住期間我們有需求翁經理響應非常及時。
週六用餐客人絡繹不絕，服務員服務周到，特別是餐廳趙經理忙前顧後，安排得井井有條。
不管是入住還是離開酒店，餐廳和客房服務員以及咖啡廳的Monica Wang都態度熱情，給予我們幫助，必須點贊和好評。
我們下次還會再來。

房間衞生間漏水出了問題。時間晚了也沒有去前台更換。生意挺好的，可能導致服務就有點欠缺，退房時説了漏水的情況，也就是表示歉意，沒有其他解決方式。酒店環境還是很不錯。房間景色也很美。服務需加強

環境很好，設施很新，早飯很好吃，有當地特色。酒店周圍很安靜，不用擔心被環境噪音吵醒。
説不上缺點的缺點就是地處奉賢。稍微偏遠了一點，開車從市區過去要一個小時，不過周邊遊玩還是有不少的，上海之魚各種打卡，如果有想看的話劇什麼的九棵樹藝術中心可以看看有沒有演出，吃飯購物也可以去龍湖天地
總之還是推薦有車的自駕來住。酒店停車場幾乎沒有充電樁，這個我覺得酒店以後加裝下吧。
總體體驗下來很好，性價比很高，以後休閑放空應該還是回來住幾次的。

週末休閑選擇了奉賢的東方美谷JW萬豪，前台貼心的升級了湖景房，房間很大很漂亮，湖景很美，早晚在湖邊散步很舒服。酒店各方面設施齊全，工作人員態度熱情周到主動。早餐品種也算豐盛，且服務到位。我們這次入住吃早餐的時候，感覺就餐客人多服務也有條不紊，響應及時。下次有機會還會考慮入住。
