酒店的服務態度非常好，早餐廳很好，我咖啡都是幫客人到好送過來的，小混沌很好吃。湯泉有三個汗蒸房，還有晚餐供應、點了牛排意麪小朋友蠻喜歡的。這次的房間帶露台，隊友比較滿意。這次還去了二樓的餐廳，牛肉麪性價比也非常高！

酒店早餐在上海高端酒店裡排名我覺得上海第二名！種類豐富。 洗護全套都是悦碧施的。泡湯可以放在第一天晚上。汗蒸以後睡個好覺。

人不舒服一整天在房間休息，房門口掛了請勿打擾，還開了請勿打擾的燈，一開始服務員直接開我房門，後面還一直打電話騷擾我，我説我不需要，服務員死腦筋。前台服務人員態度惡劣，住的行政房，住了三晚，最後一天想要延遲退房，商量都不給商量，正常五星酒店哪有這樣服務態度！！！正常五星酒店行政房都是標準2點退房的，給我來一句“我們酒店就是12點！”從沒見過這樣的服務！體驗感極差！！！！！房間內零食也就第一天送，別的好差也都不想説了，前台工作人員態度惡劣就真的，很無語，多**的酒店啊，服務員能這樣的態度

Very satisfied with the experience of the City Healing Hotel. The courses are rich and the service is very good, especially Rita and Nako from the hot spring department and Aunt Li from the housekeeping department. The service is warm and considerate.
