Facilities: This hotel is listed as a Ctrip 3-star property and is conveniently located near my business destination. Overall, it's pretty standard, nothing to write home about. Cleanliness: I booked this for a client on a business trip, so I didn't stay myself. However, the client didn't report any issues with cleanliness, so I assume it was satisfactory. Environment: The general environment and location are quite good. I'd rate it above an 85 out of 100. It's very close to Wuning Road Metro Station. Service: Now, regarding the service: I specifically left a note during booking requesting *not* to be given a room at the very end of the corridor. Yet, my client informed me they were assigned exactly that, with the hotel staff claiming it was for quietness. I genuinely struggle to understand why they'd assign us the exact type of room we explicitly asked to avoid. Fortunately, Ctrip stepped in to mediate. While they couldn't change the room, they did offer a complimentary breakfast. So, despite the initial hiccup, I'd still say the service was decent. My only request for next time is to please pay closer attention to booking notes – if we request no end-of-corridor rooms, please don't assign one. Their handling of the issue was, however, quite good. If you're ever in Shanghai for business around the Wuning Road area, I'd recommend considering this hotel.

Though the room was on the smaller side, it was very cozy and well-equipped. There's a washing machine, dryer, and even a food delivery rack available on the first floor, which was super convenient. I had a really comfortable three-day stay. A huge bonus is the free parking, a real rarity in Shanghai. The location is also fantastic, with four subway lines nearby. For those driving from out of town, this spot is ideal. You can easily get to the city center via subway or taxi, and by car, you can quickly access the Outer Ring Road to avoid daytime elevated highway restrictions.

I stayed for three days, and the front desk service was excellent. The first two days were great, but on the last day, housekeeping didn't leave any bath or hand towels after cleaning the room. It was also a bit inconvenient having to go to the front desk daily to get toothbrushes. The water pressure in the shower was quite weak. However, there was free parking, and the hotel is conveniently located near the subway station. The bed and pillows were quite comfortable. Overall, I'd say it offers good value for money.

I absolutely loved the overall layout of the room, and there were plenty of hangers. Housekeeping was prompt every day, and they provided a very generous amount of bottled water. I booked this hotel to attend the BW event, and it truly exceeded my expectations. The only minor drawback was that with just one robot handling all the food deliveries, things could get a bit congested. Nevertheless, I would definitely book again if I get the chance.

I chose Park Plaza for my business trip after comparing several hotels, and it turned out to be a truly great experience. First off, the location is incredibly convenient. With Shanghai recently experiencing scorching 38°C temperatures (feeling like 40°C!), I honestly don't know how I would've coped without the hotel's excellent location. It allowed me to drop by anytime for a rest, a refreshing shower, and complimentary iced drinks, which was a lifesaver in this heat. The breakfast spread was exceptionally generous. The selection of vegetables changed daily, and there was an abundant variety of meats, eggs, dairy, fruits, and vegetables, providing ample nutrition. But what truly stood out was the service. Every member of the staff, from the housekeeping team to the front desk and customer service, was incredibly warm and welcoming. While no hotel is perfect, they genuinely went above and beyond to fulfill any reasonable request.

Breakfast spread was great. Stayed for 5 nights. Location is ok although I don't have line 2 which can bring me to more attractions nonetheless, the lines offered nearby are ok. The downside is if you ordered a car, the driver may have difficulties navigating how to get to you. Rooms are non smoking but I smell cigarettes when I sleep on some nights.

Even tho it was comfy the room was small and the customer service was bad

Easy to find location, 5 - 10 minutes walk from the subway station. The room is decent and well equipped. The breakfast is quite good. However the room is next to the highway so you can hear the noise at the night.

The hotel is very nice and very clean, it’s close to the metro station ,10 minutes walk. The stuff is very friendly. And it’s close to everything honestly.

Terrible stay , no amenities in the room plus the location is also inconvenient. There is nothing nearby . They don't even provide little things like spoon , iron etc. The room is so small.
