Room is clean with great view overlooking table top mountain. Room is spacious, quiet and clean. The room does not have kettle but have coffee machine at each end at the corridor. If you need to have hot water, u will need to go out and switch on the coffee machine for hot water. Breakfast buffet are the same everyday, but enough variety for short stay. Location is beside CITCC which is great if you have business there.

Excellent location just next to CTICC. Friendly and helpful staff. The room was a bit small for 2 people but I found it was fine for just me alone. The breakfast at 25/F was served with the stunning panoramic view of Cape Town.

Great hotel in a perfect location for my meeting. My room.was quite quirky with the bed up some stairs but I liked this. Loved the cafe bar in the lobby.

A bit disappointed that there was no daily complimentary water especially for a hotel of this rating and price. When we asked about it, we were told we could buy water at the bar. Baggage storage was good. Check in is too late (after 3:00pm), and check out is before 10:00am (not even close to a 20 hour stay). Not worth the price we paid for these hours. Most global hotels have check out at 12.00pm and you could request a late check out. Our flight was at 8:00pm. Beds too narrow and also the gap between beds and wall / big screen TV is too narrow

Location💯 Service💯 Cleanliness💯 Space in the room was limited. My brother and I were jumping over beds just to get by🤦‍♀️Another limitation was the table in the restaurant, we tried sitting at the bar area but the whole thing almost came down on me because it's unstable and not secured to the bottom marble. Great concept, very dangerous! Overall, it was good for a quick trip and the view from the pools are epic!

I enjoyed my 2 nights at the Sky Hotel, the staff members are lovely and kind. the facilities in the room are perfectly up to standard. The inspired Interior of the Hotel its so funky and fun, Loved every corner of this hotel. i got to grab Lunch and dinner, and wow the food is 10/10. defiantly returning to thank you so much Sky Hotel..

The positive: The welcome from the porter, the reception and the check-in, the magnificent hall and always smelling very good. The maintenance staff who came very quickly late in the evening to repair the faulty electric blind. Bravo to them for their smile and skills. The breakfast was perfect in quality, variety and quantity. Bravo to the staff. The bar with its magnificent view and the smile and skills of its staff. The negative: The entrance is the bathroom!!! Forced to cross to access the room!!!!!! The faucet totally misaligned to the right of the sink causing water everywhere each time it is used!!!!! The room overlooking the mythical "table mountain" with its lampshades fixed on the headboard with square iron tube protruding representing a permanent danger for people using the bed. The poorly fixed window!!! and not airtight!!!!! caused a draft and permanent banging!!!!!. We had to wedge cardboard and put fabric in order to remedy the strong winds during the period from 26 to 28/1/25!!!!!! The wardrobe is a corridor of barely 30 centimeters without any shelves!!!! No telephone!!!!!! We wanted to change rooms and the person on duty did not try to know or understand our motivations. She simply announced the prohibitive price for 4 nights. These inconveniences are not worthy of the standards of a 3 star hotel and disappointed us. We will not book or recommend this hotel, but we wish them our encouragement to remedy these negative points. Good luck.

Very convenient, the room is very clean, the breakfast is very good

It's only a one or two-minute walk from the convention center. It's very cost-effective. The breakfast and dinner are delicious. It's also close to Long Street, Victoria Harbor and other attractions. It's the first choice for meetings at the Cape Town Convention Center! The room is clean and tidy, and you can see the table mountain. However, the location of the faucet of the wash basin is not well designed. It is too close to the edge of the basin and is not easy to use.

As always, a great hotel with an impressive location. The breakfast room on the 25th floor with a view of Table Mountain is amazing.
