貴賓樓的裝飾風格雖然復古，但設施並不老舊，看得出來保養得很好，木製傢俱亮到發光，配合暗紅色的布藝有格調。 Byredo 的備品， Lebon 漱口水。床品很不錯。
行政酒廊很有藝術感，所有酒廊工作人員都專業友善，除了很奇怪有工作人員來要大眾點評的好評。
主樓和貴賓樓的禮賓大叔服務都很在線。
貴賓樓碰到的客房服務阿姨們也是面帶笑容主動打招呼。
琅廬餐廳的早餐選擇很豐富，麪包、酸奶選擇尤其多，就餐和取餐區域很大，班蛋是做好的，溏心已凝固。
辦理入住時，前台説大小陽台房都要等一個半小時，要3點半以後才能入住，並拒絕了安排房間等待，這些能理解，但是排房管理和話術有嚴重的問題，面對客人一味拒絕，而不是想辦法或安撫，這不是服務行業的做法：強調了一下入住都是要3點，那麼有通知前面的客人該按規定12點退房嗎；問能否打掃的房間先進去，又拒絕，説做不了房卡；太太大着肚子發了脾氣，馬上給放了一件小陽台房，不過面對地下停車出入通道，呵呵。
衞生問題，浴缸有毛髮沒有清理乾淨。
出租車進來，安保説走反了，就喊退，但也不引導。
游泳池和健身設施外包，影響住客體驗。

➡️到店先去主樓check in。主樓的中庭和水晶吊燈很好看！
➡️工作人員態度都不錯，接觸到的Martin楊、Amy 及Liam超級nice～
🛏️房間情況：
➡️升級了貴賓樓行政大床房。房間old money風格，水晶吊燈、綠色枱燈、銅質龍頭處處體現着傳統和歷史感
➡️文具、衞浴備品都很齊全，用的BYREDO也蠻好。床品也很舒服，枕頭有四種可選

基本上每次到文廣看劇都會選擇住瑞金，離得特別近，晚上看完劇不耽誤休息。
這次住2號樓，感覺對面就是電視劇足跡裏出現的小樓。天氣太熱，除了看劇沒出門。
午餐也是點到房間裏吃的，本來要等將近一小時，電話催了下，很快就來了，挺好。

瑞金洲際是很有歷史的一家酒店，酒店的樓可都是歷史建築。
設施：酒店整體都保養的很不錯，住過主樓也住了3號樓，房間設施維護的很不錯。地理位置是選擇的關鍵因素，來瑞金醫院就醫，到文廣看演出每次都選這兒。
衞生：作為帶孩子的潔癖星人，衞生是首要。不管是房間、床品和衞生間，細節到位。帶娃住的很安心。
服務：前台、禮賓、客房，還有忙碌的餐廳都是服務在線的。

上海瑞金洲際酒店，一場暖心邂逅。在酒店入住了一週，房間的設計巧妙融合了美式的大氣、精緻，每一處細節都恰到好處。柔和的燈光灑下，映照着精心佈置的傢俱，温馨又舒適，讓人一下子就放鬆了下來。感謝（Carrie Amy Stanly）非常熱情耐心。特別感謝Carrie服務始終貼心周到，主動升級房型，詢問中餐廳用餐情況，我提出的每一個需求，她都立刻響應，想盡辦法滿足，真的讓人覺得賓至如歸。這次入住上海瑞金洲際，收穫的不僅是舒適的住宿體驗，更是滿滿的温暖與感動。
位置環境：市中心、酒店斜對面瑞金醫院、地鐵站商場便利店都有；綠植環繞，温馨舒適，房間寬敞、衞生間乾濕分離。
服務：健身房設施完善、中餐廳品種豐富食材新鮮美味。
期待下次入住，市中心地段，瑞金洲際依舊會是首選。

定的貴賓樓，帶孩子所以想要雙床房，酒店沒有，給安排升了主樓套房加個床。環境沒得説，非常好。窗户外就能看到外灘三件套。對面就是瑞金醫院，去醫院看病很方便。早餐也挺好，不擁擠。唯一不足的就是酒店設施有點老，隔音有點差。

Great service from bell boys, receptionists and housekeeping. The hotel has excellent greenery and the location is great for Citywalk (if it’s not too hot). The rooms are clean and well maintained though one of the USB fails to work. The bed is comfortable. I like the Byredo shower gel and lotion… smell great! Breakfast is available till 10am… they have a good selection and Chinese and Western food.
