Holiday Inn Express Shanghai Zhenping

The hotel is so clean and comfortable. The receptionist is very nice and help me to collect my parcel.

First of all, sorry for my poor English. 🥲 We really enjoyed staying at this hotel, it’s good-located: near are subway station, shops and cafes. It also has a good view on city on higher floors. Staff helped me with alipay 💕 thanks for this a lot, I really appreciate it and understand that you did it just because you wanted to help and not because you must do it as a hotel workers. Also we loved breakfasts. It had a big variety and always were fresh and tasty. In my opinion it were several minor points that you can improve in your rooms, but it will raise convenience a lot: 1. Towel/clothes hooks. There were no place to hang towel near sink or shower, so towels always just lie around somewhere. In our second room they were in toilet (have no ideas why so) 2. Cleanliness of windows. They were messy in both rooms we stayed this October. Anyway, thanks for you service and hospitality! Next time in Shanghai we definitely go to your hotel again and hope to get the same good experience.

The location is extremely convenient — it’s just a short walk from Zhenping Road metro station, which connects to multiple subway lines, making it very easy to reach major attractions and business areas in Shanghai. Public transportation options are abundant, so getting around the city is effortless. The hotel itself is modern, clean, and well-maintained. My room was spotless, comfortable, and equipped with everything I needed for a pleasant stay. The housekeeping team clearly takes pride in keeping the place in great condition. Overall, it’s an excellent choice for both business and leisure travelers who value cleanliness, convenience, and easy access to public transport. I would definitely stay here again!

Location is very convenient as it was near to subway station and breakfast menu are greats. The staff especially Ms. RM is very supportive and helpful for my personal needs. I will surely comeback and highly recommend to my friends.
