The room was beautifully designed, spacious, and spotless, with every detail thoughtfully prepared to ensure complete comfort. It’s clear that the hotel takes great pride in creating an atmosphere that feels both premium and warm. The Executive Lounge was a true highlight. Calm, elegant, and filled with high-quality food and drinks throughout the day. Spending our evenings there, overlooking the stunning city skyline with a glass of wine or coffee, was an unforgettable experience. Breakfast was simply exceptional a rich selection of fresh, delicious dishes, beautifully presented and constantly replenished. From made-to-order eggs to fresh pastries, fruits, cheeses, and juices every item was top quality. The staff made sure each morning started in the best way possible. But what truly made our stay special was the human touch. We would like to express our heartfelt appreciation to William and Judy, two incredible team members who went above and beyond for us. William, whom we met every evening, was always professional, kind, and genuinely caring. He made sure everything was perfect for us and always checked that we were comfortable and happy. His positive attitude and attentiveness made every encounter a pleasure. Judy, who greeted us every morning, was equally amazing warm, attentive, and full of energy. She personally ensured we had everything we needed and that our mornings started with a smile. Both William and Judy even shared their personal contact numbers with us, offering help at any time, which is rare and deeply appreciated. It was touching to see how much they cared about our well-being and enjoyment. We always looked forward to seeing Judy in the mornings and William in the evenings they truly made us feel at home. The hotel’s location is perfect central, convenient, and surrounded by the vibrant heart of Shanghai. We had such a wonderful stay! The hotel is perfectly located in the middle of the city, very close to the subway. You can easily acces every major attraction without the need to take a taxi or to switch the subway too much. Highly recommend. On top of everything we got such a nice room with an incredible view on 26th floor. We have to thank Oliver from the reception for giving us such a nice room.
