Shanghai Haichang Ocean Park Resort Hotel Reviews

It is a gorgeous hotel and so convenient to the theme park, especially with the special hotel entrance. They staff were all so friendly and the room was lovely. It's also great that there is a convenience store inside aswell as a gift shop and a few different restaurants. Breakfast was pretty good and had lots of options. We will definitely be back.

Underrated hotel with theme park! The ocean park show was good with orca & mermaid & also drone & firework+ night parade! Kids love & enjoyed a lot especially for their bunk bed!

It's such a kids-friendly hotel 👍🏻 The staff was kind and it was nice to be able to enter the Ocean Park for two days.If you come back again, I'm going to have more fun!

Great family hotel to stay especially if you are visiting HaiChang Ocean Park. Its connected to the Ocean Park thus making it really convenient. Service is excellent as well.

It's convenient to the ocean park. But compared to nearby hotels, this is the most expensive hotel, kids like the decorations though.

Overall we had a pleasant stay. Access to park being so near definitely makes it worth your trip. Beautifully built facility, will need to return around summer time. Our only issue was with breakfast with not so many options, including no tea.

location You can't go by foot from the nearest subway station. Direct access to Ocean Park. staff Each person is enthusiastic, but they are not connected and it took a lot of time to buy tickets to Ocean Park. breakfast I don't like it. There was no meat dish at all. Noodles are not delicious because they are boiled. I wanted to eat something right after boiling. amenities and equipment We don't have coffee or tea. Also, I couldn't lock the toilet because it was broken.

Kids really like the double deck bed

The fact that this hotel doesn’t have any gym was heartbreaking 💔. The hotel seems to be aged but it has got friendly staffs . Once I entered, they upgraded my room for free and because it was my son‘s birthday. They sent a birthday cake to the room for us. The meal was terrible. The breakfast was very poor. All was Chinese. They didn’t have any advanced coffee machine that could give us latte. They didn’t have tea either. If you stay in this hotel, I recommend you to not eat in the restaurant because it doesn’t worth the money that you pay.

My girl loves Baby shark, so we booked this hotel specially for her. From the hallways to the room- everything was beautifully-decorated and we felt totally immersed in the baby shark world. The room is just like the pictures and words can't describe the happiness I saw on my girl's face when she entered the room. She wanted to sit on the plush and sleep on it at night. She would wear the kids slippers even though it's too big for her feet. Brushing time became fun because she kept pointing at the sharks on the mirrors. This place is just a stone's throw from Haichang World and we enjoyed the park as well. The hotel staff was always ready to help, and friendly in every ways, and helped with setting up humidifier and baby guard. The only problem was really, leaving the hotel 😂 Thank you for giving us such a memorable experience!! ♡♡

Was a nice experience for the kids the kids really enjoyed the baby shark room and the ocean park there was lot to see and do. Breakfast could have been better but overall was a good experience.

We stay for few nights. The children love the room. The decoration is nice. Location is near to the theme park and snow city. We had fun over there. Enjoyable stay over there. Had a memorable stay.

We enjoy the stay very much! Just that it was a little pricey but the stay was great!

The hotel room was very clean and fun, and my children were very excited. I forgot something at the hotel, but they responded immediately. Mr. Feng responded quickly, and it arrived the next day. Thank you.
