The hotel is very good location and excellent service

This is the most satisfying hotel in my trip to Shanxi. The Light Luxury Hotel really lived up to expectations. Facilities: Complete and practical, especially the bathroom is not only separated from wet and dry, but also equipped with a smart toilet, which is high-end and comfortable. Environment: European style decoration, warm, fashionable and avant-garde Hygiene: very clean and refreshing Service: The waiters are warm and thoughtful. From the reception to the check-out, the professional service is touching. The customer service cleaning lady thoughtfully sent me a steam eye mask when she saw me working on the computer. The snacks and fruits delivered to the room every day further reflected the hotel's attentiveness. The breakfast is rich, the dishes are not only nutritionally balanced, but also carefully matched with colors. It is highly recommended.

Stayed for two days, the room was clean and well-equipped, the laundry room was convenient, the breakfast was good, and the service was great 👍

The price/performance ratio is very low. The decoration is old and smelly. I don’t recommend booking this hotel. I won’t book it again in the future. The breakfast is also very basic. It’s not worth the price. I advise you to avoid booking.

The sanitation is mediocre. The shower is hot for a while and cold for a while, so there is no suitable temperature, and the shower head is full of water and alkali. All blocked, the water is too small. In such an expensive hotel, it is not cleaned frequently, and the shower head is replaced. There are hairs all over the bed sheets in the room. I don't know what I would like. I am really speechless.

As soon as I entered the room, I smelled cigarette smoke. It was not properly handled. The walls were covered with various patches. It was ugly. The hair dryer was almost broken and made a loud noise when used. They didn't pay attention to replacing it. It's really not a high-end hotel. At most, it's an economical one. It's not as good as the Home Inn that costs more than 100 yuan.

趁着假期尾聲來長治遊玩，這個酒店還不錯，環境優美，陳列的各種物品挺好看的，大廳擺放的檸檬水挺好喝，服務超級好，服務人員都比較熱情，玩累了一天實在不想洗穿過的臟衣服了，服務人員還幫忙用洗衣機洗好烘乾，第二天早上打電話就可以送房間 ，這點非常好！保安大叔幫忙提行李🧳，房間乾淨整潔，枕頭挺舒服，設施也挺齊全，有免費半小時的充電寶可用，長治的風景值得一遊

偶然路過入住，卻收穫超預期的五星體驗，門口保安太貼心，指揮停車時特意提醒鎖好車門，還主動問要不要免費擦車，有幫忙拿行李，細節裏全是暖意。個別房間雖在升級設施，但保養的很整潔，絲毫不受影響。工作人員全程禮貌和藹，有問必答特別耐心，早餐的手工餛飩一定要嘗，皮薄餡足超鮮。衹住一晚卻印象深刻，下次來還選這兒！

這次入住體驗超棒！酒店位置超方便，周邊吃飯購物都便利。房間乾淨整潔，床品柔軟舒服，一整晚睡得很沉。前台小姐姐服務熱情，主動幫忙升級了房型，還貼心推薦本地景點。早餐種類豐富，口味在線。下次來這座城市，一定還選這裏，強烈推薦給大家！

看的點評選擇的酒店，從辦理入住到退房離店都是我很出乎意料的滿意，門口保安大叔看到我進店後，很熱情的幫我開門，前台姐姐也是很熱情的幫我辦理，幫我拿行李到房間，晚上還給我送小零食，退房還幫我提前叫車，必須點贊這家酒店

來長治遊玩，看到這家酒店的網圖還不錯就訂了這家，來了果然沒讓我失望，大廳設計的還挺好看的，房間雖然看着有點老舊，但設施還是挺齊全的，衞生也乾淨，這個酒店讓我最印象深刻的就是服務，剛進去酒店就會有服務員給倒水喝，好像是自製的檸檬水，前台小姐姐都非常熱情，登記完還幫我把行李送到房間，我訂的是不含早餐的，當天早餐也可以現買，早餐也挺不錯的，小米粥和餛飩非常好喝。退房走的時候有個穿白色制服的大哥（應該是保安師傅）還幫我把行李送到出租車的後備箱上，非常感謝。

第二次入住了，就知道我們對這家酒店的滿意度了吧！房間40平米的寬敞空間，1.4米的雙床完全滿足兩位成人帶一位大小孩1需求。隔音非常好，睡眠淺的人也完全沒問題。衞生業不錯！前台小姐姐態度很好，有個保安大叔胖胖的還幫忙搬行李👍。
