The service was fine. The facility was run down. The mattress felt like the springs poked almost through the fabric. The toilet leaks and the walls need painting. The A/C unit is very loud. The room was soaked in Febreeze and we had to open the door to get rid of the smell. The "coffee" that was in the lobby was lukewarm water and really quite horrid. Pick a better place.

The beds were as hard as a board and the smell of bleach in the rooms will take your breath away.

Great location, very easy to find. Check in was smooth & quick. Room was at the back down a driveway facing the water, bridge & Riverwalk. Nice bonus to be away from street noise! Room was small but very clean & satisfactory. Mexican restaurant across the street, great place to eat, open late. Great place for a morning walk with your coffee & chance to get amazing photos on the Riverwalk. Never got a chance to check out the pool cuz of late arrival.Would definitely stay again! Better than I expected!

Below average. Front desk owner lady has a weird attitude problem belittles her little minion female employee in front of guest. Female employee has weird attitude herself seems like she’s half incest / retarded
