這一次的入住體驗非常好，辦理入住的時候，前台的小呂主動的幫我們升級了房間，正對着瀑布。另外，他也很勤快的去幫我把那瓶紅酒給領了，把那個玩具積木也交給了我們。房間整潔 非常舒服。早餐可以接受 雖然菜品不多 但味道不錯。另外，我們打去客服部，想參觀一下魚火餐廳。接電話的一位姓許的先生解釋給我們聽，週一的關係，漁火餐廳是不營業的，他主動提供另外一個方案，就是讓我們去參觀水底下的套房。總結這一次在攜程買的套票，加上洲際酒店各員工的服務態度非常好，我覺得這個價格是絕對超值的。

首先我想説服務，入住的前一天，客服就來電話確認入住訊息，隨後房間管家加了微信，在這裏我想感謝美女管家Cora，不厭其煩地告訴我們所訂酒店套餐的細節和每一項體驗，連菜單都發給我們看，我們對房間的要求她也耐心的解釋、最後我們如願入住了心儀的房間，讓整個行程非常安心和愉悦。入住酒店後一路上遇到的服務員都面帶微笑親切招呼，有問必答。酒店的自助晚餐也很不錯，三文魚很鮮甜，羊排沒有一點羶味，牛仔骨肉質非常細嫩，水果每一種品質都很高。大廳的水影秀很美，懸崖秀更是震撼，美輪美奐。唯一的遺憾就是沒看到水上飛人表演，可能是季節關係吧。哈哈農場的水果採摘小朋友也很興奮。打算明年夏天再去一次應該會體驗更好。

Shenkeng Hotel is one of the hotels I have always wanted to experience, and I was not disappointed on this trip. I felt the caring and thoughtful service, especially my service butler Bruce, there was nothing he couldn't solve. The service was absolutely in place 👍The hotel is very photogenic, share it.
