Not worth it. Paid extra for comfort, got construction noise instead. Zero transparency. Very disappointing...

The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. But they uses paper cups both inside toilet and for coffee.

Very inexpensive for Shanghai, everything was adequate but nothing was exceptional. Staff spoke English well enough to be understood, free water, tea and coffee always welcome. The peach tea was especially good. The near by food street is worth a visit if you can speak mandarin, good local food at low prices.

I highly recommend this hotel chain. The room was very clean and there was no odor. It is very close to Shuguang Hospital, less than ten minutes' walk away, very convenient. The front desk staff was enthusiastic and professional.
