The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, but the facility itself was not in the best condition. There was a crack in the bathroom sink for example. I still enjoyed my stay.

Front office staff awesome, very helpful and kind. Facilities in the room excellent too. Breakfast did not have as much variety to choose from for international travellers.

Great for the price. Would book again. Location is a bit far but still accessible

Service staff were friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was mostly Chinese breakfast, there wasn’t much variety for foreigners.

The hotel lacks toothbrushes, toothpaste, and other amenities in the room. It only provides shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel.

Not so close to the railway station. It’s a bit difficult to get to the airport or railway station from the hotel. The amenities are not bad. I think it’s just a pace you stay for the night.

The toilet without a door. Room clean. Location is good not far from supermarket. That everything is ok but we found some staff is not good attitude (Just 1 staff not everybody)

Service was great! All hotel staff are very nice and accommodating. Within hotel is manageable for wheelchair accessibility, but the ramp outside would be way too steep to use a wheelchair. Room design was a little strange due to the open window of room into bathroom, but it has an easily lowerable curtain that makes it a non-issue. Breakfast has a wide variety of food from dim sum to freshly cooked noodle soup upon asking and plenty of other things as well, mostly Chinese breakfast options like congee and such, but also bread and jam as well.

The breakfast and service was good, room was spacious with nice shower and bed. On the downside the interior design on the pictures was from a different branch or somehow not as nice as on the pictures and a bit basic. Window wasn’t cleaned in a long time.

The room is relatively large and it is very convenient to go to East China Normal University. The hotel lobby is under renovation. The breakfast is a set meal delivered, which is OK. There is no TV to watch during the renovation, which is a bit uncomfortable

Convenient transportation, thoughtful service, large rooms and TVs, and snack delivery, very suitable for business trips and family living. Rich breakfast, and a surprise in the laundry room.

The room is very spacious and clean, but the hotel, which opened in 2018, has some minor flaws. The hotel is under renovation, so it may be a better experience after the renovation.

Facilities: Old, it is really not possible to stay at Orange in a first-tier city. Is this really Orange? As a senior fan, I am very disappointed with it. The first floor is under renovation, and there is a renovation passage to the elevator, but the door on the construction site side will be opened in the elevator, and the door on this side will not be opened at all! I don’t want to go to the elevator on the construction site, so I can only wait for someone to come down here! I don’t want to comment on the desk and the bathroom. Hygiene: There are cigarette butts under the sofa Environment: It’s so noisy. There are residents upstairs, and they wake up in the middle of the night with high heels walking home. The subway outside is very noisy during the day, and the renovation downstairs is even noisier. They started knocking and drilling before 8 o'clock. Other Orange Hotel lobbies will at least display a basin of oranges, but this one doesn’t. Because of the renovation, the simple front desk is set on the fourth floor. The elevator is very dirty because of the renovation. Anyway, learn from the lesson, don’t stay at Orange Hotel in Shanghai! There is no buffet for breakfast because the restaurant is under renovation. There are only those unpalatable rice balls and cold dumplings. . Three choices, each set meal is 9.8 yuan. Perhaps the only remaining benefit is free laundry and drying of clothes?
