My 2nd time staying here. Receptionist were friendly and helpful. Clean and near to metro station. Also close by Nanjing road. Walking distance to the bund too. Probably 15 to 20mins walking distance. But with the room price, i aint complaining. I also went to the hotel early at around 8.30am to drop my luggage and stroll around, but they were kind enough to let me straight away check in. Best service as always! Oh and if you guys wondering, there’s convenience store downstairs as well🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I am truly satisfied! The location of the hotel is Wukang Road, Tianzifang, Yu Garden, on the Bund, near the Nanjing Road Walkway. People's Square and subway station can be reached within a few minutes' walk, which is very convenient. Whether it's shopping, dining, or visiting attractions, it's very convenient. The hotel environment is very clean and tidy, the rooms are decorated warmly and comfortably, the bedding is soft, white and clean, and I slept soundly. The facilities in the room are also very complete, including air conditioning, TV, Wi Fi, and sufficient water pressure in the bathroom, The service was even more enthusiastic and thoughtful, helping me arrange a comfortable and safe taxi pick-up and drop off. The front desk staff were very friendly and provided many suggestions for nearby activities and food, which was very thoughtful. The hotel also provides free luggage storage service, making it convenient for us to continue shopping after check-out. In short, this stay experience was great and the cost performance was extremely high! Next time I come to Shanghai, I will definitely choose this place and recommend it to friends and family!

Located 15mins walk from Metro Nanjing East station. There's nothing much around the hotel area. Hotel is located inside office building at the 3rd floor. Free coffee provided at the hotel reception area. Room is simple and clean.

I have selected this hotel only to visit the Nanjing pedestrian road, which is Main Street of Shanghai during my 2 days business trip. The hotel was close to Nanjing road but it was in about 15 minut distance from. The hotel is 3 star hotel according to my review. My room had no window and it was bit too small. Compared to the price i have paid it is overpriced. Better to pay more and select another at least international 4 star level hotel. No restaurant or small corner shops around.

I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent value and ideal location. The facilities are modern, the staff is professional, and it's conveniently situated near major business hubs. A top choice for business travelers!

It will be hard to find a hotel in Shanghai that offers such great value for money and all staff are nice. also the hotel is located so close to popular places, good restaurants and groceries! I absolutely stay in this hotel when I come to Shanghai again ! it is the best valuable hotel with a small budget !

The hotel staff is very friendly. The hotel is an international friendly hotel. It is very good and caring for international friends. All problems can be solved for me. A male staff member of the hotel can speak Korean, and the communication is very smooth. The hotel is located on the bustling Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street. I only need to take subway line 2 from Pudong Airport to the hotel. I can get there. The transportation is very convenient, which solves my travel problem. There are many restaurants nearby, and there are many kinds of delicious food. You can do laundry by yourself in the hotel. The room is very clean and the bed is very comfortable, which makes me have a very happy holiday. The hotel can help receive the express delivery. I sent the items I needed to the hotel by express a few days before I came to the hotel. The hotel staff helped me keep my express and also sent it for me. Since my flight was in the evening on the day of departure, the hotel also provides free luggage storage service. Next time I come to China, I will definitely stay here. I will also recommend my friends who come to China to stay in this hotel.

The location is 5 mins walk to nanjing road. There are many restaurants and shops nearby. However it was hard to locate. Took a didi there and the driver dropped us at a main road. We had to find the building.... Turns out hotel was not on ground floor. Ground floor is manned by a security for the whole building for mixed use. So the picture you see of the hotel is quite deceiving. The room was clean and good enough for 1 or 2 nights stay. However the bathroom drainage wasn't good when you shower. Staffs were pleasant and helpful. I chose with breakfast and was quite shocked to learn breakfast came in a box consisting a croissant, hard boiled egg, a mantou, jiaozi and another steamed dumpling, cucumber and a packet of milk. Overall as I was only there 1 night is good enough.

The workers are so nice. We had to change hotel rooms and one of the female worker ordered a van for us. She was really nice like the others. The hotel itself is really good. They had all the stuff that we needed and they gave us things that we needed. The room however isnt soundproof so we had to be quiet but other than that everything is perfect. I would totally recommend this hotel.
