It is best to check the navigation route when walking to Avan Hotel from Sukumo Station. The parking lot under the elevated road will go around a long way. The hotel also provides a welcome drink upon check-in, which is very good. The hotel room is very quiet and clean, and the staff are very nice

The welcome drink and the choice of snacks or instant noodles were nice extras. We could choose the shampoo for both men and women, and there were amenities such as lotion, which were very useful. We went to the supermarket by car, but I think it was a bit far to walk.
