Nice & clean hotel. Staff is very kind and service minded. I love pillows and AI functions in the room. If the hotel has refrigerator, it would be great. Location is good. It’s not far from the bund and Xintiandi.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a great experience. The location was perfect—right in the city center and close to restaurants, shops, and public transport. The room was very clean and well-maintained throughout my stay. What stood out most was the staff—they were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any questions or requests. Hi..Trip team The hotel area its very convenient and easy to go around down town but in our room smell so bad because of someone before smoking in the room. Even we’re require room non- smoking but in the room still smelling and i had extremely terrible experience for beside our room. They are talk with each other very noisy and they not close the door properly so the sound its makes us woke up early and so bother us so much. So I hope this my review will do the hotel solves problem this . Thank you

I traveled with my younger sister and booked this hotel for our Disneyland trip. We really enjoyed our stay here! All the staff were kind and supportive — I truly appreciated them! A big plus is that the hotel provides a shuttle bus to both Disneyland and Pudong Airport, which made our trip much more convenient. There are a few downsides, such as the bathroom amenities — I recommend bringing your own for a better experience. That said, the room was spacious, and the bed was soft and very comfortable to sleep on. Overall, it was a pleasant stay!

was able to contact the hotel with trip.com chat. facilitated the stay greatly. Very comfortable bed and pillow. and loved that it had laundry space. didn get to use the exercise equipment cuz walking during the day was bad enough but they looked well maintained location was a bit far from the lujiabang station, closer to madang station breakfast was good too, and had a decent spread overall great stay :) i'm not sure why the hotel staff kept opening the windows during cleaning though

This is a really nice hotel with great features including its location, cleanliness, security, and overall comfort. The room isn't very spacious, but it's still suitable for two people. The bathroom was larger than expected, with separate dry and shower areas, which was a pleasant surprise. One unique and convenient feature is the delivery robot—no need to pick up food yourself, as it brings to your room.

We had a great 4 nights here. Everything was perfect. The location is good, close to the train station but we mostly used Didi. It was convenient for getting around. They changed our towels every day and gave us plenty of drinking water in the room. The free laundry service was a nice bonus. If you want a peaceful place away from the crowds, I'd recommend this hotel.

There is a hair under the blanket, the floor is a bit dirty, and the room is small. The room is suitable for two adults or one adult with two children.

Good location and good environment. Room is clean & tidy. Cleaners come to clean the room everyday. Staff is super helpful and friendly. They helped to find my parcel when I’ve already left the hotel & arrange delivery to my place. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.
