Impressive! I like the hotel and will stay again.
Hotel is new, was upgraded as I was staying for 7 nights. Breakfast had a good variety, and staff is fast with tables clean up for quick table turnaround.
Housekeeper lady was very green for first couple of days with the clean up, I told her a few tips while I was there one day, then the room was cleaned better and better each day. The Landry room is excellent, machines were good, and I sat there for an hour comfortably.
The only thing is that due to the new hotel, the formaldehyde smell was very strong. For people who is very sensitive, they may want to go after a while.

My stay was absolutely fantastic! The service at Hilton Garden Inn Hongqiao Town was impeccable. The staff were incredibly helpful and genuinely warm, always going the extra mile. The room was spotless, with excellent soundproofing, ensuring a quiet and undisturbed environment. The location is superb, offering easy access to taxis and the subway, making it ideal for both business and leisure travelers.

The entire building beautifully captures a unique Shanghai charm, blending stylish modern design with retro aesthetics. The staff were all incredibly warm and welcoming. The rooms are clean, very spacious, and having an iron available for guests' personal use was a thoughtful and convenient touch. The breakfast was absolutely fantastic! Every dish, from the freshly made congee and pork chop noodles to the delightful mini cakes, was delicious.

The first store in Shanghai and the 100th store in China, it was newly opened in June. The configuration and room price are comparable, and it is worth a night. It has a microwave, coffee machine, waterfall sink, smart toilet, and a small refrigerator with a freezer, which is really practical.
