We lived in the condo "Atlantis" for two and a half weeks. The manager of the room we rented was always in touch with us. We arrived late in the evening, they met us and settled us in without any problems. The room, in general, is not bad. We were not there much, but we came overseas, and not for the room. We were a family - two adults and two children. The room has everything you need for living: a stove, dishes, gold and broken, a kettle, a toaster, although it did not work, although it was available. The bed in the bedroom is wide, comfortable. But the sofa is a real disaster ... it was terribly uncomfortable to sleep on it, and in general it is impossible to sleep, it is not suitable for this, hard without any mattress. Horror!!! And this despite the fact that I wrote in advance that there were four of us and that they would provide a normal sleeping place and, by the way, to say that the room is designed for four! Then change the description that the room is for two. The bathroom is normal, although moldy, you can use it. There is no washing machine. It is very noisy, since the windows face the road and bikes drive around all night with a roar. So the room is 2+, 3 on a 5-point scale. I do not recommend it for families with children.

The room is clean, the water park is very large, the kitchen equipment in the room can be used well, but there is a problem with the parking lot which is not enough for the guests.

Building S is separate, you need to go to the pool through a gate with a map. Very uncomfortable sofa for sleeping. Cosmetic repairs are needed. It is very convenient that the 7/11 store is right in the building. It is easy to get to the water park, oceanarium, etc. from the condo. Jomtien Beach is within walking distance. Nearby there are two markets with a variety of food.

Hard bed, sags under body weight, back hurts. Extra bed half wooden bed, impossible to sleep No toaster, cutlery, knife doesn't cut. Toilet flushes every other time. Very little light, dim. Chairs are dirty, haven't been washed for a long time. Furniture is old, facades are crooked. Air conditioners are dirty, haven't been cleaned for ages, very old, don't work well. Internet and TV don't work. Not worth the money.

If you don't expect it to be okay, the room is good, not spectacular, and has a swimming pool.

Convenient but there is no spare towel and the pillow and blanket should be changed. There is a 500 baht fee for the housekeeper but the room is not very clean. Before checking in, there was the sound of running water all night.

There are few questions about the condo: there were three of us with our son and his sofa was faulty, the child was uncomfortable!!! Cleaning costs 500 baht each... a bit pricey!

The area is fairly spacious. You can play in the water all day. The building is a bit old. But in the room there are things to use, very good. There is an electric stove for cooking. All self service

Ask for an honest review. I went there 5 years ago and it was better than this. This time we checked in early. The owner of the room has good service. Paying extra for this is okay. We booked 2 nights. But go into the room Every towel was very smelly. It's like it hasn't been washed. The label attached to the equipment is not complete. There is no hair dryer. The 2nd night, the toilet couldn't flush.
