Vivi was extremely nice and helpful.
I needed a sim card for my stay and she accompanied me to do so.
The neighborhood is very cute and lovely. I booked this accommodation because I wanted something "traditional" and this was perfect.
The staff was also nice.
I really liked my stay there, the room was as in the pictures, very beautiful! Couldn't have asked for more to be honest. I was in awe and the bed was super comfy – I slept like a baby lol.
Thanks again Vivi and I hope I'll be back soon🫶🏻

This hotel is one of the finest I’ve stayed at during my many visits to Shanghai.
It’s a newly built property with an elegant exterior and a meticulously clean, well-designed interior. A light, refreshing scent fills both the rooms and common areas, creating a calm and welcoming ambiance throughout the hotel.
The guest rooms are thoughtfully arranged, blending comfort and functionality with a high level of maintenance and care.
What truly distinguishes this hotel, however, is the exceptional staff. Their warmth and genuine kindness made my stay all the more memorable — some of the best hospitality I’ve experienced anywhere.
Although the location is slightly less central and can be a bit inconvenient to access, it’s by no means a serious downside.
For travelers looking for a peaceful, comfortable, and high-quality stay in Shanghai, this hotel is an outstanding choice.

This was my first time booking a B&B, and it was exactly like the promotional photos. The location is great, making it convenient for visiting Qibao Old Street. The environment is beautiful and clean. They upgraded our room for free and gave us welcome fruit. The housekeeper was very attentive and provided us with parking directions before check-in, helped with our luggage, and explained how to use the room facilities in detail. We even had takeout delivered to our door. It was a great experience and I would stay here again.

He also offered luggage storage after check-out the next day, making my trip even more reassuring! This B&B is highly recommended. The amenities are complete and the cleanliness is acceptable, though the bed wasn't very clean and had hair on it.
The room's soundproofing is poor, so I'll be careful not to choose a room near the stairs in the future. I love the courtyard design, and the semicircular red gate is very memorable. My baby loved it.
