I’ve stayed several hotel brand around China, I decided to try local brand too but during my longest stay in Shanghai I stick back in holiday inn which I frequently stay whenever I travelled. I must admit my decision staying with holiday inn because the international standard and quality remained! As well as the receptionist which checking in and out. They’re friendly and efficient, OO and Una are helpful with our luggage.
Location is slightly far away from the metro but the surrounding is convenient, I prefer to walk around to experience the city, I actually walked from Wu Kang Building and back to the hotel, along the way there’s many shops , night bars and very interesting. That is the direction behind the hotel.
Room is spacious and clean. I must give compliment to the air conditioning!! It’s. It’s not centralized like in some local hotel, during this summer it hit 40 degree! The Aircond is a savior and cooling fast.

Found a few bugs on the floor and wall everyday. Breakfast not so great, it doesn’t look as good as the pictures that are being advertised.

Clean, spacious, and comfortable. The location is really great, if you don’t mind a 15min walk. Enjoyed my stay here.

We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights. We lived in a room on the 11th floor with a view of the city. The room is small but cozy. The window opens for ventilation. The towels were changed during cleaning. There is no closet in the room. The breakfast is Chinese-style, but varied and delicious. Free coffee and tea are available in the lobby. There is a welcome-drink in the mini-bar. A small souvenir was presented during the departure. Thank you for your hospitality!
