如家品牌酒店一直在硬件軟件上都很好的，但是這家如家品牌店待需改進，到地鐵站直接導航該酒店的地址卻找不到酒店，門口如家招牌不醒目，讓我們長者繞來繞去半個多小時，真得無語……，門口臟亂差，電梯順便什麼人都直接上去到房間門口……而且還沒有早餐提供

酒店不錯，離松江新城地鐵站很近，標準的如家，衞生可以，也很温馨，隔音效果不好，能聽見隔壁樓上樓下聲音，但快捷酒店都這樣，前台小姐姐態度挺好，住了3晚給升級了房型，總體體驗不錯找不出毛病，有送餐機器人，被子一次性的，這點比較喜歡。門臉不顯眼，入住的時候根導航找了半天，後來才找到入口。

前台人員與打掃人員都很有禮貌，服務棒棒的。蓮蓬頭水壓很大，超舒服。空調設定反應很好。

服務：重點説下服務，最不滿意的就是前台人員，前台工作人員趁早換了吧，就這樣的德性還幹啥服務行業，拉低整個酒店前台的素質和標準，很不推薦
環境：因為服務不好導致住的很不舒服，也沒有心情欣賞環境
